Glucosamine Sulfate vs Glucosamine HCL which is the best for joints?

I'm looking at buying a joint product guys but I can't decide on whether I should buy Glucosamine Sulfate or Glucosamine HCL. From the research I have done it seems like the Sulfate version has the most studies backing it, but I have always though the HCL compound where always more powerful since things like Cretine HCL and Yohimbe HCL have always been more potent than other forms, but it would seem not so with the Glucosamine. I appreciate any thoughts on this.

bro from what i know Sulfate is a much better version...but both have their place in growth.....

I have to Agree with you, On Paper you would think that Glucosamine HCL would be Superior to the Glucosamine Sulfate.
Since the Sulfate Form needs to be Stabilized with Sodium Chloride or Potassium Chloride.
And because of this the Sulfate Version isn't as Potent Mg. for Mg.

But for some Damn Reason (Scientist can't seem to find a Consensus).
The Glucosamine Sulfate Outperforms the Glucosamine HCL in side by side Scientific Studies cited by "Nutritional Sciences"

Some Researchers claim that the Quality or Dosages of the Glucosamine HCL affected the Results.
While others claim that the need for Sulfur's presence for Cartilage production & maintenance to Occur Efficiently.

A Need for Future Research into this Matter is Sorely Needed............................................ JP

Sulfate for sure. Another item that helped me out was supper cissus.

People forget though how dynamic and instrumental Ostarine is. It's one of my favorite compounds when it comes to ligament and joint repair

Glucosamine sulfate is what I've always used. I combined it with a little MSM, and Ostarine and had great success on relief with my joints and connective tissues

I know sulfur is good for the joints etc. as well so I can only guess sulfate would be superior, but I'm guessing.
