The ingredients are good, but the amounts listed per serving are way too small. You would need to take at least 5 servings per day to get an effective dosage. Most of those compounds have an effective dosage in the 1000mg area. Not 100-250mg.

It looks decent, but no more than that. The dosages per serving are very small, and the ingredient list is very short. With HCGenerate ES you will get like double of these ingredients.
