Hi guys I started my cycle of 500mg tests per week injected into two injections of 250mg/1ml per week , my question is , the 1ml shot do I have to split it into two and shot the other half in the other shoulder if I’m injections the shoulders , or it’s ok for the 1ml to be injected in one shoulder and then the next time I shot the other shoulder

Your delts should be able to handle 1ml.

No, I got it. Sorry will answer directly. You can inject it all in one arm. then next time do the next arm. Why stick yourself twice if you don't have to?
Yes its ok to split 500mg into 2 shots of 250mg each. Pin one shot in one delt say monday . 2nd shot in the other delt on Thursday. Use a different location for your pins.

What he is actually asking is if he should take 1/2 of the 1/2 in each arm. I think he knows he is going to split the 500mg into 2 shots. He is saying " should he split the (1) 250mg/1ml shot....1/2 ml in one arm, 1/2 ml in the other arm. I'm saying no reason to do that. Just stick it all in one arm and the next shot stick the remaining 250mg/1ml in the other arm.
Why bother injecting it into the shoulder anyway?? It's 1ml. Like a 5th of a teaspoon. It's not like your delts will benefit from it in any meaningful way

It would be better to inject 1 ml per shoulder per day if testosterone is in oil form or base. It basically depends on your target that you want to increase your muscle rapidly or slowly. Testosterone base gives better results for rapid increase of muscle growth. Otherwise, Slowly increase in muscles would lead to give good results if you will be use testosterone mix injection (in ester forms). This can be taken 1 ml per 3 weeks.

You can do both. 1ml or 0.5ml.
But if you split 1ml into two shots in each shoulder for example on Monday. For the next shot on Thursday you are going to need another spot. Like quads or ventrogluteal.
