I agree totally @2Thick . I have had no issues at all on it and have slowly titrated up to where I am now. Even the water retention is mild. I haven't stepped into the Tren world and probably wont as I am very comfortable with the progress I get from Deca. 🩵

So the big day has arrived. We have TD as per previous post.
Solution has been mixed 10mg vial with 2ml of solutions, 1ml BAC water, 1ml Sodium Chloride. This gives 30iu HGH. I will be taking 3iu (.2ml) tonight.
I will put out a quick separate post after pinning to log how it was. 😁

This morning as I went through the logs there were a lot of Evo Brothers and Sisters getting into stressful areas of their lives.
Stress in life is inevitable these days. Money, breakups, work, kids, illness and lets not rule out world affairs seemily getting worse every day, everywhere.

We have to remember that the lifestyle we have chosen is the perfect release from this. Your can lose yourself in your training and for that brief moment embrace the void where its just you and your training.
I have posted "The Void" in a previous log and will again this weekend, because it's something I embrace fully, and it's relevant, especially these days.

As part of the Evo Family we are even more blessed because we are not alone. You can vent, chat or whinge on your log in a totally judgement free zone and be supported by a wonderful group of people.

And always remember if you are going well and a brother or sister on Evo is not, kind words help all the time.

**Worked the shoulder nicely, burning but no actual pain.

Landmine laterals 3x15x0
**3 of 5 sets. Backed it down as last week was pushed too far. Uncomfortable but not debilitating 😬

**3 of 5 as well, but more of a rest than anything. Will get these easily next time.

Solution has been mixed 10mg vial with 2ml of solutions, 1ml BAC water, 1ml Sodium Chloride. This gives 30iu HGH. I will be taking 3iu (.2ml) tonight.

This morning as I went through the logs there were a lot of Evo Brothers and Sisters getting into stressful areas of their lives.
Stress in life is inevitable these days. Money, breakups, work, kids, illness and lets not rule out world affairs seemily getting worse every day, everywhere.

We have to remember that the lifestyle we have chosen is the perfect release from this. Your can lose yourself in your training and for that brief moment embrace the void where its just you and your training.
I have posted "The Void" in a previous log and will again this weekend, because it's something I embrace fully, and it's relevant, especially these days.

As part of the Evo Family we are even more blessed because we are not alone. You can vent, chat or whinge on your log in a totally judgement free zone and be supported by a wonderful group of people.

**Controlled but was getting heavy on right knee last couple of sets. Slow increase from now to allow joints to get used to load.

**Harder than expected as legs were a bit cooked.

**Burn sets that did exactly that.

Daily thoughts
I have been consciously pushing some of my lifts up over the last couple of weeks and now is the period I have to watch myself. My muscle base is mostly stronger and more resilient than my joints, and my mind can over rule my body's warnings to stop doing things. This has, and does, cause me problems as I get older.
By pushing myself past the point I should have stopped at, I am also pushing some less than stellar joints past that point too. 🫣
I am trying to improve my patience with lifts and sometimes I succeed like I did with the deadlifts,🙂 and other times, like today I still go too far😬. Should have stopped 20kg earlier on leg press but I wouldn't even consider this. Had to be 350 come hell or high water.
Anyway, I will limp over to the kitchen now and get dinner 😋 🤪

This morning as I went through the logs there were a lot of Evo Brothers and Sisters getting into stressful areas of their lives.
Stress in life is inevitable these days. Money, breakups, work, kids, illness and lets not rule out world affairs seemily getting worse every day, everywhere.

We have to remember that the lifestyle we have chosen is the perfect release from this. Your can lose yourself in your training and for that brief moment embrace the void where its just you and your training.
I have posted "The Void" in a previous log and will again this weekend, because it's something I embrace fully, and it's relevant, especially these days.

As part of the Evo Family we are even more blessed because we are not alone. You can vent, chat or whinge on your log in a totally judgement free zone and be supported by a wonderful group of people.

And always remember if you are going well and a brother or sister on Evo is not, kind words help all the time.

First pin is in a few minutes ago. No pip as expected and no inflammation at site. Feet and fingers are actually tingling after 10 minutes.😲

Great observation and analysis, no pip or inflammation is very important. As I know some guys get welts or little red lumps from generic Hgh which is something to be mindful and cautious of , it’s usually due to the stabilisers used in the Hgh including mannitol . That said, tingling in feet and fingers (the tell tale sign of real Hgh) in 10minutes is extraordinary!!!! Proof of very high quality pure HGH, some guys take weeks or months to get that . Looks like you’re a good responder too. You’ll feel the tingling carry on the next day or days too as you continue.

You’re a great logger and meticulous just the way a logger should be 👍🏼

HGH is long term and permanent vey different than test which blows you out, with Hgh it works through cell hyper plasia and proliferation I.e permanent new cells (muscle, skin, tendons, organs) so naturally those new cells require time to develop and maturise to become permanent.

Day 1 - So initially no pip, no pain and a bit of tingling in feet and fingers. Otherwise, I had no adverse reactions overnight to the HGH, but I didnt sleep well either. A combination of over anticipating the sleep aspect and 94% humidity, which totally wrecks me and my lungs these days, was at play here. Oh, and the 2 coke zero's I had just before bed probably didn't help 🤔🫣.
Though on the way into work today I totally passed out for an hour and felt awesome when I woke.😁 As the passenger 👸 of course 🤣
No other real reactions or progressions are apparent yet, but knees and shoulders feel a little better today than usual 🤷‍♂️

Energy levels are fine, but pumps are not huge. Once I have recomped a little more I will increase carbs around training time as per most of you learned Evo Brothers and Sisters. Don't really need any support supplements to increase this at present. Fire still burns 🔥 🩵

Personally it’s healed up my nagging left shoulder injury and left knee cartilage injuries. That said, literally amazing it works that quick on you! You probably have good igf sensitivity and receptor sites which is what Hgh works through. Remember I told you during our convo the Reta is going to work well with the Hgh because of the enhanced Reta insulin sensitivity (which in turn causes igf-1 sensitivity) so it’s very synergistic with HGH.

As for having a nap, if this is not the norm for you before you added the hgh yesterday then it’s very possible it’s from the hgh because of its sleep/regeneration effects. The elevated blood gh and igf1 levels cause that. If this is the norm for you to nap then that’s different . We will have to watch this closely with you because if you end up feeling sleepy and needing to nap during the day all the time while on the hgh then we may have to cut back your dose from 3iu to 2 or 1.5iu . I’ll watch this closely 👍🏼

It depends brother on how my sleep is going at night. But I can definitely do it often if my body requires it lately. It has almost been a physical defence mechanism since my thing last year. 🩵

The nap yesterday was absolutely in response to the less than stellar sleep I had. It was very deep too.
Last night was much better. Probably a 20% increase on my normal sleep habits. Obvious this will be more of a slow burn for me than instantaneous. That's what decades of shifts, travel, and crap sleep habits will do I suppose 🫣🤣🩵

Morning update: 20% better sleep. First half was really good. Going to be a build up I think undoing decades of shit sleep habits.
No adverse reactions. Definitely feeling it more in my toes and fingers. I look a little leaner I think but weight is up a bit 🤷‍♂️ HGH is only new thing.
Knees, shoulders are better and usually block pulls give them a touch up.

W1D2 - So initially it should be outlined that this is a uniquely new product and we are conducting this log as a test bed as well as an information hub.
On day 1 the delivery of the 3iu was IM in the right delt. Day 2 was sub-q in the lower abdomen.
Day 2 produced 20% better sleep overnight. First half of the night was really good and deep in places. The sleep aspect is definitely going to be a build up I think. It is trying to undo decades of shit sleep habits.
Once again no adverse reactions overnight.
Today there is absolutely more tingling feeling it more in my toes and fingers.
I am not feeling lethargic or tired today, which I have to say is great.
I also look a little leaner I think but weight is up a bit (pics below). To clarify HGH is only new thing I am taking since Monday.
Knees, shoulders are better and usually block pulls give them a touch up.

This is one of the most important markers in the human body for anabolism and longevity. That said, I can clearly see you are leaner and fuller simultaneously just from two days (prob less really) of the Hgh. There seems to be a dramatic effect on you, so you’re one of those fortunate super responders. Proof of that is in the low dose you’re on too no more than 3iu. As you said the only thing that changed was you added the HGH! Then boom! 💥 🚀 💪🏼

We’re just 2 days in and you already have the intense hand and feet tingling, improved sleep, soothing of your knees and shoulders so I’m going to keep the dose here for you for now - as they say if it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it! If we go up or too high in dose the numbing, hand and feet pain might be too much and the lethargy for too high igf1 levels. Day 1 - So initially no pip, no pain and a bit of tingling in feet and fingers. Otherwise, I had no adverse reactions overnight to the HGH, but I didnt sleep well either. A combination of over anticipating the sleep aspect and 94% humidity, which totally wrecks me and my lungs these days, was at play here. Oh, and the 2 coke zero's I had just before bed probably didn't help 🤔🫣.
Though on the way into work today I totally passed out for an hour and felt awesome when I woke.😁 As the passenger 👸 of course 🤣
No other real reactions or progressions are apparent yet, but knees and shoulders feel a little better today than usual 🤷‍♂️

Big numbers on the block pulls there mate! You feel them mostly in the upper back / lats or? I never seemed to get much from dead's or rack pulls for back.

Rest day. Need today to not run around like a maniac for once.

W1D2 - So initially it should be outlined that this is a uniquely new product and we are conducting this log as a test bed as well as an information hub.
On day 1 the delivery of the 3iu was IM in the right delt. Day 2 was sub-q in the lower abdomen.
Day 2 produced 20% better sleep overnight. First half of the night was really good and deep in places. The sleep aspect is definitely going to be a build up I think. It is trying to undo decades of shit sleep habits.
Once again no adverse reactions overnight.
Today there is absolutely more tingling feeling it more in my toes and fingers.
I am not feeling lethargic or tired today, which I have to say is great.
I also look a little leaner I think but weight is up a bit (pics below). To clarify HGH is only new thing I am taking since Monday.
Knees, shoulders are better and usually block pulls give them a touch up.
BP, RHR and FBG are all excellent.

Touchdown of the Test E and Deca from @Southern has arrived. 🎉 So looking forward to implementing this into my cycle and creating something new and epic for myself.

So now that my two sponsors are set, I am setting a 12 week cycle based on this. The cycle is written in its own section above.

@Gene-Tropin and @Southern Cross Labs are 2 fantastic suppliers who are going to give me something very unique to work with now. They are both hugely knowledgeable in what they do and I am letting them set the agenda for this cycle as we travel along it.

Whilst I have no actual set goals for this particular cycle, I do want to continue gaining strength as part of my powerlifting goals whilst physically reducing overall body fat. The muscular side of things should take of itself in this regard I figure.

Going to be a bit of a 12 week science experiment. Going to be a fun, unique and interesting ride.
