Acid reflux

I have been on 3 cycles and for some reason when I am only on cycle I get crazy acid reflux. Any ideas why thats happening and maybe what I can do to stop it from happening on cycle?

Acid reflux is a very common side effect when using oral steroids. Try taking 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with meals. That should help

We're assuming it's orals based. Is it? If so try taking them with food.

steroids are inflammatory and some of them do affect your gut flora negatively

if you are using orals they will upset your stomach too

you may notice the reflux comes on after you eat certain foods, you need to figure that out and do something about it.

I would focus on eating the right kind of foods that wouldnt bring up acid reflux.

I get that with oral steroids and tren A pretty bad. I just avoid those compounds.
