So I'm 6 foot 290 pounds. I am.on a tren e/test e/mast/eq cycle and I wanna get my weight up to 325 and I have been stuck at 290 for months I'm eating seven times a day. Mind you i work full time. My question is what do you guys recommend supplement wise or other ways of getting more calories in to add the weight. I have also stopped cardio.my gear is from one of the recommended sources on here so I know it's not a gear issue

I'm kind of new to this, but I take weight gainer to help get my calories in.
 
Holy shit you are a giant whats your bf percentage??? If you wanna gain weight why are you on masteron? Idk eat more, i know it sounds stupid and obvious, but add more carbs maybe? Youre already on tren but i wouldve recommended Deca. All thats left that i can think of is orals and Dbol seems to be the king for mass. Just remember you are 290lbs at 6 foot!!!! And if your bodyfat is low then you may have reached the peak of mass gains and should turn your focus to cutting or maintaining and developing muscle maturity/shape.

First, I wouldn't stop cardio. At your weight it's going to be very important to keep your heart healthy. You don't want to over do it but 2-3 sessions per week where you really get your heart rate up for at least 20 minutes is a very good idea.

My first recommendation would be to remove the tren from your cycle. Tren is a pre-contest drug and greatly increases metabolic rate, internal body temperature and energy expenditure - not what you want if you are trying to gain weight.

If you aren't gaining weight, you simply aren't eating enough. EQ should cause a nice increase in appetite. The SARM nutrabol (mk-677) also causes an appetite increase in most people.

Base your diet around foods you grew up on and enjoy eating. One of the easiest ways to add in calories is to make a large high calorie shake to drink after your workout. Buy a good quality blender and blend together the following:
2 scoops (60g) whey isolate (I like isolation from n2bm.com)
banana and/or frozen fruit
chia/flax seeds
natural almond butter
coconut oil
frozen spinach/kale
oatmeal
ice

My thoughts as well. At your size - a few sessions of cardio a week will help keep your heart healthy. What does your current nutrition look like? Caloric intake? Like muskate said adding in a high calorie shake to drink post-workout would be an easy way to up calories. Do you consume anything for Peri/intra-workout nutrition? Getting in a meal during your training this way would also help increase your calories.
 
Thanks for the responses I eat about 5500 calories a day with carbs at the top and fats the. Intra workout i consume just bcaas. I figured tren would do that it's just always put good mass on me in the past but since I'm this heavy it just won't I guess. And my body fat isn't super low. I'd say 13-15 percent

Bro after this show im doing, we will hit 325 together! I'm gonna push for 320-330 this bulk. Starting in t-minus two weeks lol.

I'm going.for under 15% for sure.

As far as what to eat. Fuck dude take anything with high protein and multiply it by 3.

As long as your under 15 that's decent man. I wouldn't stop cardio either. As long as you still see some definition lol

Mast is fine. It's a DHT doesn't really matter what you use it in it will respond to your diet and training accordingly. I would add eq in for sure.

5500 calories is not enough. It go for 6-7 and make sure over 50%is protein at least this is what I will be doing.

Cycle for me will be as follows:
Test e 750ew
Deca 600 ew
EQ 600ew
Anadrol 50mg ew
Insulin 10iu ed cycled 5 on 2 off.
5iu ed generic gh. 5 on 2 off

Diet will be 6-7k structured as I suggested.

Supplements for me will be minimal. No weight gainer shake bullshit.

You should never stop cardio - it is extremely important for a healthy heart. You should rather reconsider the compounds you are using. Stop masteron and tren, and add some nutrobal mk-677 - it will give you some crazy appetite. In the end of the day, if you want to gain weight, food is your best friend.

if you want to add more weight.. wet compounds will do that but you are going to lose alot of them when you jump off and piss out the water
 
Nice man. I'd sY your above 15 for sure. But that's all good. So here is the deal. You wanna compete right?

I learned the hard way that the more you need to loose the more hell you will go through. If your gonna compete you will have to be down to idk. 7-3% it's all dependant on the individual

There is no set % for stage. It's all an illusion but the idea is to go as low as you possibly can.

I will be doing super heavies this up coming year for sure. I am really having a hard time in HW coming from above 280. I'm 220 now. But life is hell on earth bro.

Working also makes it a bitch and a half I did retail management and it was fucking impossible to get my weight up for a while there.

I got me a desk job as a project manager now so it's smooth sailing here on out. Bring my fucking Tupperware and sit at my desk all day lol.
