im 25 years old, i weigh 190lbs and stand 5'10" tall

For years i have been in the gym weight training but never really got the results i wanted. I tend to go through phases where ill work out 5-6 days a week extremely intensely for 3-4 months and then i will be out of the gym entirely for a couple months. I was a big supplement junky and have tried numerous different supplements. I am not well educated enough to make a conscious decision on what is best for me at this particular time. I know i want to try a steroid and i was hoping you could recommend something for me. I have an athletic build as it is but my ultimate goal is to have that ripped, lean and shredded appearance. I want to take it orally if possible.

I would hold off on starting a cycle until you have your diet and training down first. You can make A LOT of progress naturally just by being consistent with your diet and training. Steroids and performance enhancing drugs are no magic wand. They are catalysts. They speed up reactions but do NOT cause reactions. In other words, they make your current diet and training program more effective. They will no produce results by themselves.

If you need help with developing a diet and training program, give this article a read: http://needtobuildmuscle.com/bodybuilding-blog/2015/02/24/getting-back-gym-lay/

If you want to supplement your diet and training with anything, look into SARMS. Particularly the SARMS triple stack. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of aromatization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

Long estered Injectibles are actually better imo than pills. Only 1-2 shots a week which is bearable. You cant really take that many pills because of the liver toxicity. Make yourself a good diet plan and post it along with a training routine and we will go from there.

I honestly think people loose their gains on orals because they blast high dosages for short periods of time. Think about it, which gains are more keepable, running tren at 800mg/Week for 4 weeks or running tren at 300mg/Week for 8 weeks. Youll blow up real big, real fast on the first one but youll loose a lot more weight when you come off vs the second one.

to reach your goals you will have to train and diet consistently

steroids are great, but if you do not have the first 2 figured out then you won't get enough out of them. remember most guys in your gym have used or are on steroids and they look average. and a lot of guys look like shit even on steroids. they aren't magic pills at all.

i would also look into sarms. 190 at '510 you say? whats your bf%? if its low, then that's actually pretty damn big. im 5'10, and i weigh around 177, at 9% bf, and im not small.

Remember, bodybuilding is a sport where everything must be done in a gradual manner, and patience will get you rewarded. Therefore, before jumping into the AAS, I would recommend you to run a SARMs cycle first. It is very safe in terms of side effects, so it will be a good first experience for you, where mistakes will not have health consequences. Furthermore, a triple stack of SARMs (Cardarine GW-501516, Ostarine MK-2866, and Andarine S4) will get your body very well conditioned, allowing you to get the best possible results from your first AAS cycle. And finally, you are looking for an oral only, and SARMs are taken orally, which is also pretty convenient. And finally, they are completely legal. My personal recommendation would be to get them from sarms1.com - it is probably the only reliable source out there.

I strongly advise you to re evaluate and try to maximize your natural frame and potential.. I didn't even finish growing until age 22

i was you 7 years ago... same thing, to the gym motivated probably 200% more than anyone else and then something happens and a drawback occurs and i stopped going to the gym, eat shit, drink, party...

It's simple. at least what worked for me was... Make your gym session fun. dont try and find the next best workout program. where you have to do, 4 sets of 8 or do 10 x 10. or 5x5. just go to the gym. pick a body part movement workout like Chest and Triceps, Biceps and back etc... And just go and do it... try to break your own personal record, dont' focus to much on programs created by pro bodybuilders. PS... following a crappy workout program consistantly for 5 yeras, works better than following the best program ever "crappy".

have your cheat meals, since you will not be a competitive bodybuilder, atleast for me, knowing i can not have "good" food... good as in... big mac... something i crave once in a while... i'll go nuts and drop of my program. so if you feel like it. eat it, just add it to your daily macros.

Track macro's. Something i learned a few years ago was, keeping track of what you're eating really helps. regardless if you are eating just tuna, chicken and rice,,, or endulge on a cheat meal (not day) meal.... it will help. reward yourself for 2 days clean eating with something you enjoy and slowly try to eat more clean. I still order pizza, or mcdonalds, or go to an all you can eat spanish tapas restaurant, where i just eat fish n meat untill i'm full... life should be fun not something thats restrained.

I was 230 LBS overweight, 5'11. when i started to track macros i just dropped in weight, combined with a ketogenic diet and Anavar only cycle, i basically went down 60 lbs in 1.5 years. i've been in and out as well, and still do. I go to the gym but just workout becuase i have to "its like going to work".. if you dont do it you don't get paid.... Same with lifting weights, if i dont do anything i'll get to the point i started off from. fat and sluggish. NOt that i support steroid cuts! You can cut easily without drugs.... The anavar simply helped maintaining my LBM on a very low, 1500 Kcal diet.. at 60mg/ed. but one thing most people forget (as did i), is that your metabolic rate will adjust to what your intake is, so i've learned, eating more and do more cardio are better for weight loss than just cutting calories.

So whatever your goals are, to cut or bulk, Get your macros's in check, See if you can follow through a diet for like 2 or 4 weeks. and consistantly go to the gym. with that goal in mind to become a better you. and to endorce any other replies on this post most probably. My first steroid cycle i started when i did not even lift... i just started to lift the same day i started my cycle... and i have to say right now, dont' do it... Do something consistantly, do it good, know what you're doing (research). and if you have that motivation and commitment,,,, i would say go for it...

Good luck anyways with what you're going to go for, Greetings.
