Hi all,

My first post on the forum. I've been lifting about 13 years and cycling and homebrewing for 6.

Looking to hopefully make some connections, learn a thing or two and maybe chime in on chats from time to time!

Anyway, I'm looking for a bit of advice. I've been cutting since Christmas and I'm getting pretty lean. 7 point caliper test puts me 8.7% fat. My plan is to go on a big bulking cycle come March.

This is my first time really cutting.

Lifts are mostly holding up but I'm starting to shrink and whilst my SQ fat is low, I've definitely got a bit of visceral fat to lose. (ripped but a gut when relaxed). Do I keep on as I am and inevitably lose more muscle whilst getting rid of as much of this visceral fat as possible, or jump on some gear prior to bulking, doing a cutting cycle for say 4 weeks and then switch up to bulking gear/doses. I have tren, var, test, npp, drol all sat about.

Im currently 94.9kg, macros on 45p 35c 20f with a calorie deficit around 500~800 per day.

Advice appreciated.

If you are truly 8.7% body fat at 94.9KG - you have a fantastic base. Huge potential.

I would get your calories back to maintenance and slowly increase calories. Carb cycling is the best method when bulking to prevent fat gain. Gain slowly. Don't get fat. The body grows best in a lean state

You can send me a email (link in my signature) if you want some help with putting a nutrition plan together.

Hey mate that's exactly why I decided to do a cut and get lean! As it happens I've really enjoyed seeing all the detail come out and it's hard mentally to let go cause it feels great. I love having the definition I just want my stomach to be tight when relaxed (is that even possible?)
So you think I should begin coming back to maintenance prior to March then start my cycle and build upwards from there?
I suppose cutting with more mass will be easier :D

How much cardio are u doing a week?

I cycle to work, but I cycle as hard and fast as I can. So I'd say about 20 mins of hard cardio a day.
I'm doing 1hr ~ 1hr 30m weights 6 days a week, most sets with a 1min rest period.

one of the tips i can give you is you are 9% body fat which is great. don't fuck it up by doing a perma bulk. stay lean and mean. focus on building quality muscle and not slop.

Cheers mate, I definitely won't. I've enjoyed being this lean way more than when I've been bigger. I want to get a good deal of mass and stay cut up so I'll keep everything in check when I'm gaining. I'll cut again after too no doubt!

Remember slow and steady wins the race. No need to go to that fat bulk route.
If you don't mind I'd like to see some pics of the current condition?

Should be attached if it worked out right.
