Hello all,
maybe a simple question for more experienced people but here's my question.
currently cycle =Test Enth 250mg twice a week and tren A 100mg every other day, is this going to give me the best results or is there a better combo ?
 
Test and tren will definitely give you results and with less water retention. I use this cycle to cut up. If you were going for more bulk then test and dbol would be my go to cycle. I bulk up in the fall and cut up in the spring. So I guess it comes down to which result you are looking for bro.
 
thanks for the advice, being fairly new to this its hard to get accurate info and try to decipher between legit and scams. This is why I joined the forum to get advice from experience rather than learning the hard way.

I know what you mean. If you ask 5 guys you get 5 different opinions and wonder which one is right. That is what drives me to do research on my own. I like to know what I'm doing to my body.
 
What are your stats, cycling experience, and goals for the cycle? Tren is nothing to mess with for new users
 
ended 2nd cycle 7 weeks ago, both cycles were test E and tren A.
6`1 245 pounds body fat 32 - I have bulked and dropped from 257 pounds. have ordered 3rd cycl but not showed up (thinkin I got scammed by fake supplyer)
Looking to drop more fat and pick up mass, On very strict diet, no fancy gym local so its just the basement gym. Hoist V3 and separate bench with squat rack.
Also taking Shredz Alpha Stack
 
Bro you don't need steroids.....you got the frame there at 6-1. You just need to burn some fat. I'd recommend running your ass off 5-6 days a week or hitting some sort of HIT program until your under 20% I'm just a noob when it comes to AAS, but if you were one of my clients, I could get amazing results at your weight, height, and BF% without them.

Also, not saying I'm right here, but if your 2nd cycle was 7 weeks ago, it doesn't seem like you'd be recovered for another cycle so soon......of course I don't know what you took, nor if you had bloods done to be certain. Just seems fast is all.

I have trained in a few basements myself. Stick with it bro and you will get where you want to be:) I mean that with or without the roids.
 
maybe I left out an important # in my stats, Im just over 40 so I have to work at least twice as hard as a younger fella to get the physique Im looking to achieve.
& my last cycle was only an 8 week run.
 
32% bf? Ya I think your body isn't ready for the stuff. But since you are already on it. I would be EXTREMELY strict with your diet. Get that bf down.

not sure how accurate 32% is, the only way I have to check is the reading on my Wal-Mart scale, I'm more concerned with looks than a scale #.
no fat rolls and not chubby, just a little old man muffin top :D
 
There is an online calculator u can use as a guideline. It asks height weight neck size and waste size. If you have a muffin top I would say 32 is probly close. You should get an accurate number.

krazieone56 - quite a variation, once again confusing results. Being somewhat new to all this seems like most all info I try to find, no straight up answer and a large gray area
 
I stick with stopping the gear and hitting a HIT program such as insanity, crossfit, boxing, or p90x. I could easily have you down to 20% and 220 within 45-60 days naturally.
 
have never run a dbol cycle, Im wanting the best of both worlds ;) shave a little extra winter weight off and build some good bulky mass.
is there other gear I should add to cycle, and should I run the dbol instead of tren ?
 
yes,was just wishful thinking. Working to bulk, is this quote fairly accurate <Some may also find additional gear like Anadrol or Dianabol to be beneficial. In fact, the combination of Deca Durabolin and Dianabol along with some form of testosterone is one of the oldest and most popular steroid cycles of all time.
 
Ya know I have never used either of those. My buddy did DECA and he didn't like it so I took his word for it lol. My favorite products would include but not ness use them all together. But. I really like obviously any test, tren,masteron, and eq. Those are all amazing products.

test and tren together are the only cycles I have run and LOVE the results, have been reading some other articles where there adding to the cycle for better gains

HOLY SHIT!!! Are you kidding me?? 32% and using tren? And using gear at all? My God... I just clicked on this thread as I've been working in another one. Are you being serious? I'll scroll, and see I guess.

I'm 41. And NO, I don't use tren anymore, and I'm 10% and some change right now. If I were you, I'd stop ALL gear, and like the day before yesterday.

There's some good advice, and a start. I'm sitting here kind of stunned. 30+% and on gear...:eek:
Let's try 15% and that's if your blood comes back "clean" (all in normal range) at that point. I GUARANTEE your lipids are considerably elevated (LDL), and tren will be akin to throwing gas on the fire. So will test for that matter. Damn!
 
Yes 50mg of test no ester about 45 min before gym. Makes u an animal. Well that is in conjunction what I'm already on.

Ya its a good product. I mean they are all good that I listed. But you really do need to lower your bf before getting into any of them. What is your diet like ?

Ok... 26% is considered obese. I can't with any conscious say an obese 40 yr old male has any business on test, no less tren. Ouch!
 
I slacked off some when I ended last cycle, again my cycles are only run for 8 weeks. I don't do this to compete or to get HUGE. I just like to look good and enjoy the workouts, With my build I have no desire to get to 10% bf. Lots of oats, eggs, protein shakes ect. I have always worried more about how much I ate as opposed to counting and weighing everything. I would love to know more about the specifics and have a weakly meal plan to follow as I know my results could be even better. I don't eat junk food or pop at all.
 
and if 26% bf is obese, well then, not being arrogant at all, I look pretty darn good and feel better than I ever have. I truly mean no disrespect but I just have to big of a body frame to be anywhere near 10%
 
You don't have to be 10% but under 20 would he a good start. Just keep working hard and eating right. You will be surprised what u can achieve when you want it bad enough. Just keep grinding bro and you will get there.

any good tips on a weekly meal plan to follow ?
I like to meal prep a few days worth of meals at a time so I'm not tempted to grab processed food solutions in a jam or whatever. Try lean meats like chicken and Turkey breast, complex carbs like brown rice and sweet potatoes, and get fresh veggies in there too. Just track the calories and macros of what you're prepping so you can log it and track how well you're doing. It mostly common sense and a bit of effort, but it is worth it.
 
You can't bulk and and cut at the same time. You have to do one or the other

If you eat really clean. I'd use 750 test, 500 tren, 60 dbol and 350 masteron and I was very dry and wide.
And If you hit the treadmill a couple times a week...

I deff don't believe in dirty bulks and eating shit to look like crap and call that a bulk.
Get big and lean at the same time.
 
But for the OP, I reckon 250 test (prob don't need an ai), and yeh 100 tren ace eod. Have caber on hand and run it at..25 e3d after maybe 3 weeks till end.
Should have no hi low estro swings on 250test, which while on tren are multiplied exponentially in terms of feeling shiitt.

Eat healthy. Hit the weights, run a few times a week. Tren is amazing shit.
