AG-GUYS - continued problems with order

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I originally received charges from hong kong (two, totally $50 over my order total) that my bank blocked. I removed the block and tried to correspond on three occasions with their customer service but it hasn't been resolved yet. Last night I saw a $1 charge from them that is pending, but no update or correspondence.

Is there any better way to contact them?

Any info is much appreciated!

Are you sure that those charges are from them? It sounds to me like your credit card number might of gotten picked up by some sort of scammer. It's so easy now a days. A lot of mom and pop convenience stores will have cameras over head that will take photos of the front and back of your camera when you pay for gas.

Yeah, it's from their two companies, HK and NY, I confirmed this. I've emailed but support was not really clear on any of the issues mentioned. Oh well, I thought I'd give em a shot. I wish overall RC companies were more consistent, but I guess I'll stick with the couple I know at least ordering is easy from.
 
Sometimes it takes time to resolve the issue. I'm sure you'll get the resolution soon. Some of the boys here will respond quickly as well bro
 
Am having problems with AG guys as well! I made my payment alight, but now my order which was out for delivery today was instead outed to a different address because of forwarding instructions or incorrect post code?? Looking at my account info on their website, I dont see and forwarding instructions or alternative address! My order from SARMS1 came to same address just fine! I sue hope AG guys did not screw up and send it somewhere else! This was not inexpensive!!
 
email them bro. posting on here unfortunately won't get you anywhere cause nobody on here is customer service

I just made an order myself yesterday and today i checked my email and it was shipped. so they are on top of their game with customer service and speed now more then ever.
