they sure advertise the shit out of it on tv. for an athlete I am going to say no, it is more for old people and a crappy product

go to n2bm and buy 3D, it is way better

It's crap. Look at the form of minerals in the product. They are all mineral oxides. Those have about a 2% absorption rate in the body.

What you want is mineral amino acid chelates.

If you want a really good multi vitamin that is still affordable, check out the product ruthless 3d from n2bm.com

If you can take it back go ahead and do that. If not then just use it up. It Is better than nothing but isn't a great product. Go with Ruthless 3D. It was designed for athletes.
