sites go down all the time to make upgrades. usually on sundays is a perfect time. the site works fine now.

maybe if everyone would stop panicking and trying the site every 5 seconds it wouldn't get kicked off the server

It's up and running ! Dead on stevesmi , probably crashed with so much traffic or an update on the website .

It's easy to overreact when it's your first order.

But to go and post in the review section when your only part way through your experience in a bit premature.
