anavar and test

guys , they say every single compound muct be run with test, even anavar at 40 mg daily? I will be running that much

You will get more strength/size gains by stacking anavar with an androgenic steroid like testosterone but you don't need to.

If you are solely looking for a cosmetic/hardening effect to your physique you could run anavar by itself

It is your choice. You don’t need to, but running test with it at 500 MG a week will be so much better. I would run the test for 16 weeks and the anavar for the first or last 6-8 weeks at 60mg a day.

unlike most forums, on evo we don't spread bro science

plenty of guys have ran cycles without test, including me, and are still alive. in fact prior to AI's coming along guys routinely ran cycles without test especially in the golden age.

This is a really good point. You don’t need test. Back in the old school days they ran plenty of cycles without test and did really well.

there is no rule etc that says you have to and people have made gains on orals alone, of course... i dont prefer it personally but to say it cannot be done would not be right to say...

If it’s your first cycle, then I dont see anything wrong with running var alone.

Not sure who "they" is, but you do not need to run test as a base. Many do, some don't. Anavar is rough on your liver so be sure to run something to keep your liver clean. 40mg is fine. I would never run it much past 60mg
