And I'm in....

lanzarote

Gear arrived Thursday. First dose of tren ace, at 50 mg today. Plan is to go to 75 every other day for eight weeks. Already on TRT with test cyp (200 mg weekly) and anastrazole (1mg weekly). It’s been 20 minutes. It’s a new world for me. Wish me luck.

Stats. 38, 181 lbs, 5’ 9”.
200 g of protein daily.
Calorie deficit of roughly 500 per day.

I’ll update here and there.

I'll be following along for the ride.

Is this your first time with tren? Check out this video I made on tren -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgMupVJh0gw

Tren is an awesome steroid but can be pretty harsh in the way of side effects if you don't take the proper support supplements with your cycle. I explain it all in the video

200g protein a day and you say you will be in a deficit.

I'm confused. meat has calories in it, you could be in a carb deficit yes, but highly unlikely a calorie deficit of 500 a day on straight diet alone

I am guessing protein supplements are involved.

Age is 38. TRT is prescription.

There is a small amount of whey protein supplementation. No more than 25 g daily. Protein sources are chicken breasts, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, sardines, eggs, tuna. It’s doable. Carbs very limited.

I agree. It is doable. All the protein sources you listed are very low calorie and low fat, expect sardines (I am assuming you are only eating the egg whites and the greek yogurt is fat/sugar free)

Cheers. I missed the 38 ref 1st time around and it makes a nice change to see someone who is actually on a prescription TRT.

The prescription TRT is a bit silly. It’s one of those men’s clinics. They gave me the first injection before my labs came back. I pay privately, and I don’t completely believe the data behind andropause. I just want to enjoy lifting more, and this helps. It lends a bit of credibility to having needles around, or perhaps to questions about why I’m getting bigger/leaner/stronger quickly. It’s also a source for getting consistent blood work.

It's still better than self prescribed TRT. There's a LOT to argue about re andropause and the industry behind it (money is money). But it IS true that once the average Joe hits a certain age (combined with shit diets and a lack of exercise) his test levels drop off.

Third injection was this morning. No noticeable side effects yet, but it’s still early. Sweating slightly more at the gym. I’m up four pounds. Probably water weight. Did pull ups and they were way too easy tonight. Better pumps. It’s five days in, so I’m probably imagining it all.

Wow. Measured myself yesterday. Body fat down a full two percent after a week and a half. Now at 12.6 percent. One rep maxes in squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses and bench presses have all increased. I haven’t had this many records broken in a single week for about a year. No weight change. Still 184 pounds at 5’ 9”. This is great.

nice bro, great work!

Three weeks in now to Trenbolone (Tren ace 75 mg eod, test cyp 200 mg weekly, anastrazole 1 gram weekly). Had my first crabby day. Told my partner to shut up, in front of the dog groomer for trying to tell him how to use my new phone. An hour later, we were in a fight. Nothing physical. Apologized after, felt terrible. Five more weeks to go. Hoping this is just a blip, and not a trend towards something worse.

Good luck, hope the sides don't get to you. Tren doesn't really bother me as far as sides go but If I was eating a lot of sardines well, that would definitely make me crabby.

bro 1 gram of tren will do that...keep us updated

Yes, it is one mg of anastrazole. Not one gram. Is dyslexia one of tren's side effects?

Now four weeks in (75 mg tren ace every other day, plus doc prescribed TRT: 200 mg test cyp weekly, 1 gram anastrazole). Not a single irritable day since the cranky one last week. Body fat continues to drop, but nothing like the first two weeks. Moods have been pretty good.

At 12.2 percent BF now, and 181 pounds (5' 8", 38). Was at 185 pounds the week before, and 12.7. I'm running a cutting cycle -- so I was eating my FDEE + exercise calories - 500 calories. 200 grams of protein as well. I'm opting to go eat 500 more calories daily, and also take casein protein just before bed. The science is good for bedtime protein. Hoping for better numbers next week.

Maximum weights on most most exercises continue to increase by five or ten pounds weekly. Bench press plateaued this week -- I think there is a bicep-pec imbalance that is holding me back. My trainer is working it through with me.

Two people came up to me in the gym this week, and told me they've noticed I've gained mass. I am trying to keep a low profile, and play it off (i.e. stopping drinking is more helpful than you know), but I am quietly pleased with the compliments.

Food is dialed in. I'm a good cook. I prep my meals on Sunday, and can do low carb, good tasting, high protein meals easily. I've done white chicken chili, barbecue pork tenderloin, and turkey stew. Roasting veggies. These become lunches and dinners for most of the week.

There's the balance between my short term goals (i.e. single digit body fat), my intermediate goals (i.e. squat twice my body weight -- which I may have in a week or two -- I didn't expect this), and my long term goal (to reach 200 pounds, and have single digit body fat). I'm halfway through my first cycle, and will stop mid-March. Enjoying it. Already thinking about the next cycle, after a reasonable pause.

If you have thoughts on the progress, suggestions on things I could be doing better, or thoughts on my next cycle, in light of my goals, let me know.
