It's a LITTLE above average. I still like the marketing ethos. Very me.

Animal pak has really good marketing behind it but it's actually a very crappy multi vitamin. All the minerals in the product are mineral oxides which have a very low absorption rate.

What you want are mineral amino acid chelates. I personally use the multi vitamin ruthless 3d from n2bm.com. Really high quality multi vitamin that is reasonably priced

They have a solid marketing plan but I would rather shop by ingredients. Ruthless 3D is a much better quality product. N2BM sells it.
