I'm a young guy that was battered and bruised through sports, obesity and lack of health insurance.
I've got a banged up shoulder and knee that plague me sometimes when I lift.
Is there anything I could take or do to aid this now that I've lost a considerable amount of weight. I want to be able to bench 225 again!!! lol
