I'm a young guy that was battered and bruised through sports, obesity and lack of health insurance.

I've got a banged up shoulder and knee that plague me sometimes when I lift.

Is there anything I could take or do to aid this now that I've lost a considerable amount of weight. I want to be able to bench 225 again!!! lol

Honestly you need to find out the extent of your damage and address it. It sounds like you have an injury and training through it will only make it worse
 
you can't keep pounding at a bad shoulder, otherwise it will eventually require surgery

start doing hot yoga, build up mobility in the shoulders and flexibility.

also get n2jointrx and lose weight to lessen pressure on your knees
