I'm placing an order with an approved site, but am a little confused about the money transfer details. They have given me a list of receivers for the funds, of which are all in a foreign country. My order is a domestic order, so it is supposed to be shipped from here in the U.S. Do i just pick one of the receivers and send the funds to them, which will be converted to their country's currency. I thought i read it had to be U.S. dollars for pick-up. I'm a little confused. Hopefully someone knows what site i'm talking about and can help me. Thanks.

That would suggest that the source is based within the United States. To my knowledge, however, none of Evo's approved sources are based within the United States. Ergo, in light of your having been "given...a list of receivers for the funds, of which are all in a foreign country," your source is almost certainly a foreign-based source. So, as BABASO previously mentioned, send the funds in US dollars.
This is not true. There is a source that does both domestic and international.

As far as paying. It is just that.
Follow the directions.
Choose off the list where/who to send funds. Make sure everything is spelled correctly and pay however you are told to do so.
Why does shipping and delivery have anything to do with where your told to pay.?

Given the law and, indeed, in the age of the internet I'm surprised some still think this way. Amazon orders, for example, are processed via Luxembourg (so as to avoid a great deal of tax). Amazon UK pays a tiny amount. Yet orders come from 5 or 6 very large distribution centers here in the UK. I worked, if briefly, at one based in Swansea (some 300,000 sq ft). Facebook has offices in Southern Ireland for the same reasons. Servers will be anywhere in the world.
So a source selling steroids can and will use whatever place they can to process the financial transaction. We already know Sarms orders are no longer processed in the normal way by most credit and debit card companies. That could mean a RU based parent company using an off shore processor and shipping from a US based distributor for US orders (not all of us are US based). Even the idea of only the US as market (so-called 'domestic') is short sighted. There are 7 billion humans and only 330 million or so are US. I'd wanna sell to EVERYONE.
