Hi guys , I'm on my 5th weeks of test 500 mg a week and tbol 600 mg a week, I'm taking Adex .5 mg twice per week and I started feeling gyno symptoms, should I increase my dose? and for how much, thank you all.

Tbol doesn't aromatize into estrogen and you testosterone dosage is pretty moderate. I recommend a dosage of 0.5mg EOD for the cycle dosages you are using. 0.5mg twice per week is on the low side. That's more of a TRT arimidex dosage.

The only way to truly know what AI dosage you need is to get blood work done and see where you estrogen levels are at. Estrogen is a hormone you don't want high and you don't want low. You want it right in the normal range.

Apart from what has been said by @muskate, all of which is correct, I want to ask why are you using such a high Tbol dosage? 600 mgs per week makes up for 85 mgs per day, and that is quite a hefty dosage. You should be using a good liver supporting supplement with so much Tbol, as it is liver toxic.

What mustake sais is the way to go. For me it works well 1/3 or adex/day

Taking Adex only twice a week, isn't enough coverage.
As the Half-Life of Arimidex is 46 Hours.

EOD is the minimum that you should be using Arimidex.................................. JP

Definitely add in another dose of adex each week. You are just not using enough.

Blood work is key though because estrogen should be somewhere in the middle. You don't want it too high or too low.
