Three times a day sound like too much for Branch Chain Amino Acids?

Servings pre-work-out, post-work, and an hour or maybe an hour & a half before bedtime

I'm 36 years old, currently weighing in at 227 lbs & lifting for mass 4 to 5 times a week....dieting clean for the past 4 months with three cheats days each month.

You don't really need them if the diet is on point.

Around your training or during training are when they can be useful. Otherwise I'd just use whole foods and protein sources through the day
