Beginner cycle

I'm looking for the best cycle I should start with for a beginner.

I'm looking to bulk up quick. My goal is to be a solid 200-210. I'm currently sitting at 180. I'm 6'2 , 26 year's old and about 15% body fat mostly because I've been bulking for a while now.

Thanks

You do know that you're not going to achieve your goal in a single cycle, right, grapes5?

How long is a while? You're very light for your height with high body fat. All those things mean your diet needs some serious work before you can think about juice

Wow. That was about 6 or so cycles for me.

And that's just one of the many differences between ectomorphs such as myself, and mesomorphs such as yourself, Mobster. As such, it is far more difficult and time-consuming for a 5'11", 157lb. ectomorph to gain thirty pounds of muscle than what it is for a, say, 5'11", 190lb. mesomorph to gain thirty pounds of muscle. You can trust me on that one because 157 was exactly how much I weighed eleven years ago.

So, how long have you actually been training?
I don't wanna discourage you are not going to add that much lean muscle tissue over night. Bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint.

Amen to that!! I was 120lbs when I came out of basic training at 18yo. I'm currently at 150lb and I've been training naturally for the past 10 years, heavily & consistently for the past 3 years. I was at around 180# when I started (fat ass). Mind you I did one SARMs cycle about 6-7 months ago. So yeah, ectomorphs don't exactly grow at any break neck pace, very frustrating but it is what it is

Frustrating being an endomorph too - not from a growing perspective but from a cutting perspective - trust me!!

there is no bulking quick in this game. either do it right or don't do it

with your stats your problem is lack of muscle mass. that will take years to build via the weight room, not from 1 cycle

The best cycle for a beginner is a testosterone only cycle for 10-12 weeks.

Your body fat is pretty high to use steroids though. I would focus on trying to drop your body fat down to 12% before thinking about using steroids

Both Eddie and you have made good gains over time

For most endo's that is abundantly true, sub. I cut very easily and well, and you bulk easily and well. Perhaps that's just all there is to it.

Genetics plays a huge part in all of this that's for sure! Thanks to trevor, I'm finally beginning to learn to eat for my body type and that helping tremendously. I've always been built/big, even naturally, but being slim/trim/cut has never happened for me. Now I'm working towards that goal

Yes, just as I finally learned how to eat and use AAS towards the transformation of my once typically ectomorphic skinny self, so too can you learn to eat and the like towards your becoming shredded.
I'm totally stoked for you, bro! Keep it up!

Oh I'm on it! I'm the leanest I've ever been right now and have made huge strides towards that goal in the last 2.5 months. Thanks!!

Don't thank me, bro, thank yourself. I simply pointed out the obvious.
Yeah, it's all you. Know that!

Trevor puts together some of the best plans I have ever seen. If you stick to them you will absolutely see results. That is this very case with sub. He is putting in the hard work and it is paying off. Great job bud.
