Are you getting enpugh sleep, recovery, and the right nutrients? If you can answer yes to all 3, then you can look into a preworkout. First I'd try to find out what's causing you to be so tired.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this? Have you been sleeping well? How's your nutrition? Do you feel stressed?

If you’re THAT tired it may be you need some solid blood work done. As stated earlier don’t rely on energy drinks. Or coffee. The stimulants have you more tired than when u started.
