Best hydration supplements?

What would be a go to supplement for really good hydration to prevent muscle cramping? I sweat excessively when I work out and sometimes I suffer from muscle cramping when at home especially my abs.
 
A lot guys use Glycerol. Water is best thing for you. Drink a lot till you feel full don’t take little sips of it. Once you feel full drink more for 10 seconds or Buy a 4L jug of water carry it around with you.

I'd stick to just drinking lots of water regularly. Or gatorade can be good, but most of them have lots of sugar so find a kind that has less sugar.
