I wanted to know when the best time of the day is to take creatine? I was thinking to take everything in the morning. So when I work out at lunch its already in my system. What do you guys think ?

To me it makes no difference. Some people will say there is better absorption when taken around training time but I am not sure how much of a difference that actually makes.
