Blood Work

Does anyone have a sample blood test that shows the healthy ranges for everything? I just had a full male hormone panel done yesterday (privatemdlabs.com) and I get the results within 5 days. Just wondering if theres a sample out there that has all the healthy numbers listed rather than looking them all up individually.

My test includes the following :

Lipid Profile: Cholesterol, total; high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol; low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol (calculation); triglycerides; very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) cholesterol (calculation).
Complete Blood Count (CBC) with Differential: (Hematocrit; hemoglobin; mean corpuscular volume (MCV); mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH); mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC); red cell distribution width (RDW); percentage and absolute differential counts; platelet count; red cell count; white blood cell count; immature granulocytes)
Estradiol, Sensitive
Insulin-Like Growth Factor I (IGF-I)
Comprehensive Metabolic Profile (CMP) (includes eGFR): (A:G ratio; albumin, serum; alkaline phosphatase, serum; ALT (SGPT); AST (SGOT); bilirubin, total; BUN; BUN:creatinine ratio; calcium, serum; carbon dioxide, total; chloride, serum; creatinine, serum; globulin, total; glucose, serum; potassium, serum; protein, total, serum; sodium, serum.)
Testosterone, Free (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)
Thyroid Profile w/ TSH: Free Thyroxine Index (FTI);Thyroxine (T4); Thyroid Hormone Binding Ratio (T3 Uptake); Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

Here is the best resource for understanding your blood test and what they actually mean.

I don't have much more to add on to this. When you get your blood work back from Private MD, it'll list all your results AND which numbers are out of the normal range. Use the article posted above as a reference to know what it means if some of your numbers are out of the normal range.

I recommend getting blood work done pre-cycle, on cycle and 3-4 weeks after your PCT.

In the test itself they will specify the normal ranges for your numbers, so it will be easy to understand. You can read the above mentioned articles to make sure that you understand exactly what each of these numbers means.

I agree with the Previous Posters.
If you do have a Specific Blood Marker that is out of range, then post it up and we can give you Feedback.................................... JP
P.S.
Cholesterol #'s are about the only ones that I can think of that Possibly need some Extra Investigation.
This would only be a Concern if Cholesterol or Heart Issues are Hereditary.
Then I would recommend either the VAP (vertical auto profile) or the LPP (lipid particle profile), as they give all the smaller particles.

yes and cholesterol will be strained on cycle, that's why we (at least those of us who care about our health) cycle OFF steroids. the younger guys seem to be content just staying on for the whole year at moderate to high doses. and we will start seeing more and more guys dropping dead in their 40's from heart attacks because of it.

also if you give blood (at least the place I give) will provide cholesterol numbers so that saves you money

Appreciate the input fellas, didn't realize all the healthy numbers would come on the test. Should have it back in a few days. I have ran 2 cycles previously and didn't have bloods done, but at the time I hadn't done near as much research then as I have now and was kinda ignorant about the health aspect just young wanting to get swole at the time lol. I should have my test results by monday, Plan on starting my cycle in about 3 weeks and def getting bloods ran around week 7 (14 week cycle) and a few weeks after pct as well.
