I want to know if anyone has eve gotten high bilirubin on their liver enzymes?

I got all normal, for years,, off suppl for 2-3 years, normal liver panel before in matter effect this november i did one, all normal. cant find the numbers but said normal.

I got slight raise in billirubin today.. bilirubin direct normal 0.0-0.3 mine was 0.6
bilirubin indirect normal 0.1-1.0 mine was 1.2
bilirubin total normal 0.3 to 1.2 mine is 1.8

doctor didnt sound worried, some GC syndrome normal.....
but I am . I been off for years,, i had few injuries, and right now working thru one ..
this took me by a supprize. SO i was taking time to comeback, still work out, ..
Now my comeback is derailed, i still want to compete.

all other Ast 30 U/L 7-37 1
Alt 25 U/L 10-49 1
Alk Phos 76 U/L 46-116

healthy, never drank alcohol beyond a glass every few months. stumbled what can cause this..

I do workout strenuous, but i took 4 days off before this test... now i dont know what to say.. seems like an end to sports lifiting.. how can u do supplements. number will rise more.

just curious if anyone has ever experinced and had to work thru it.

I am redoing test and seein specialit,..

Very sad... never abused, only few i ever did to recover from injuries... all a year apart at least... some orals nothing crazyy.. that was years before. last one 2-3 years ago almost.

Sad it is.

I wouldn't worry too much as your levels are very close to normal. If you are worried, you could add N2Guard which is fantastic for your liver. It contains TUDCA at 250mg per serving and is the best ingredient for your liver. I would take it at 7 caps per day for a month and go back for another blood test.

i would like to hear other people chime in.. where is STEVESMI.... the guy is wiser than my doctor...
i am going to look into n2guard...

what worries me if i do supplements , that number goes up on test and equipose, since your red blood cells increase, , and more of them will break down. you dont want to get cirrosis on the liver... yes numbers are close...
but in december i passed .. that part i dont understand..
also i would like anavar..
dbol i will skipp from now on.. to much stress on liver i think.. I only done 2 cycles with dbol.. what confuses me i know i guy that did dbol all life nothing over 40mg per day and he is gettin close to 50.. i mean since he was 18.. and no problem.

only difrent i did didnt eat for 14 hours before test, and that influences numbers. this test should be 4 hours no food or drink i believe on my research, and no strenuous workouts.. i workout hard ...

you think GP will let you know about how to do test.
my supplement were never crazy, i did all apart with time taken of at least to a year off between.. this was done to make sure my hpta is perfect. I workout out hard , and keep all my gains.. i basicly used them to rehab after injuries..

Are you using any pain medications? Any acne drugs? A lot of pain medications and drugs to prevent acne carry a more liver toxic nature then most oral steroids.

i use no meds.. 100 percent healthy .. this just got me spoked.. i had few injuries, didnt abuse, took plenty time, i always figured i rather grow and slower pace.. but sure and healthy pace... shit how more carefull can you be..

kinda wanted to do some sport and competitions.. was healing my last injury, letting my body recover, just work out for past 3 years.. nothing crazy, i guess intense..

7 tabs a day.. n2guard website says 1 a day.. isnt that overdoing it also?

i gonna get it and see if tudca works... but i will retest first, since there should not be fasting for 14 hours before test... i kinda did it wrong.

30 days or 60 ddays later i will do a blood work and see where they stand. so thats true proof... 2 bloodworks before i start , and one each 30 days..

I know my numbers arent bad, but still has me worried.. liver is nothing you want to fuck with.

Post your results once you re-test. I suspect they will be lower on the new test. Based on your lifestyle, PED usage etc. your liver enzymes should be normal.

I join the petition here - please post the results here for the non-believers to see that N2Guard actually works, and does so very well.

i taught i let you know..

my first test was done with long fasting period.. from 3 pm last meal till the mourning at 12 noon i did blood work. close to 20+ hours..

I had a test in November also normal routine, bilirubin normal , that one was with 12 hour fast 9pm dinner , 9 am blood taken.

so i redid test with 4 hour fast , 2 weeks off the gym.. thats what they said its normal for liver hepa test 2 to 6 hours fast, preferably 4 hr.. depends where u look.

Total Protein 6.8 g/dL 6.4-8.5
Albumin 3.9 g/dL 3.2-4.8
Globulin 2.9 g/dL 2.4-4.3
Bili, Total 0.7 mg/dL 0.3-1.2
Bili, Direct 0.2 mg/dL 0.0-0.3
Bili, Indirect 0.5 mg/dL 0.1-1.0
Ast 24 U/L 7-37
Alt 21 U/L 10-49
Alk Phos 70 U/L 46-116

now if you research its normal for bilirubin to rise if you fast even in normal individual... there have been studies.... also strenuous workouts.. i dont know but i hit the gym hard..

i did see a specialist, had ultrasound all normal.. there are better tests but he looked the first time i saw him not concerened.. he did give me more bloodwork.. all normal red blood cell count etc.. more in depth than this..

So know i have to go back, this is good news, but whats freaking normal test..?

he said i might have gilberts syndrome .. but then i reasearched and got that everyone bilirubin rises after fast long...
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1364954/

So know i got that stuck in all my medical paperwork.. how much rise is normal and how much stress induced by weightlifitng ?
As you can see on some studies i fall normal..

freaking one Gastro doc didnt even bother to look into it... so am gonna get a second opinion.. I cant bellieve that i might have caused some changes , and all other numbers are in normal.. I do bloodwork for years, they all been normal.. no one ever noticed,, and one time i fast to much close to 24 hr by accident and work, scholl etc.. bam slight rise..

there is no established way and what percentage rise is glberts.. gilbert will be if its

i am working on it.. hopefolly i be back and have a chance to be an athlete and at a comeback..

I havent started tudca yet, kinda wanted to establish whats what first? is it normal or not?

No gastro i have found so far is knowledgable.. even normal levers depend where u look they list them diffrent..

some medical sources use 1.2, some 1.4, some 1.5, and others 1.8 at top level for total bilirubin.

No I didnt mention AAS.. I can see if i ever did that, they will be thats the problem u caused a problem... sometimes they make me wonder doctors..

I come preprared with knowledge, and the last guy he didnt answer anything once i asked him specifics.. he gave me bullshit i have gilberts... dont worry..

I do worry liver has 500 functions on ones body, it regulates sugar, your kidneys, pancreas, u dont fuck with liver..

There is no 'set standard' for numbers in the medical community. Ask 10 people and you will get 10 different answers.

The best thing you can do to keep your liver healthy is eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, supplement with apple cider vinegar and lemons/lemon juice daily and use a good overall liver detox product such as n2guard from n2bm.com.

I dont think you read the whole thing, its not established if i got a problem yet..

numbers are normal ... its when i fast that supposedly rises little.. its normal its just how much it raises its what the medical community is all cofused.. even whats normal levelss they all got diffrent answers...
.. i cant get a straight answer.. even for levels.. just like the guy said below i get 10 different answers. I havent used for 3 years ... .. i do plan to run tudca from n2guard.

its just am confused by medical people..
