2026 Aesthetic & Performance Log

This year I’m documenting everything I do to improve my physique, health, and overall presentation.

That includes: – training & nutrition
– skin care & grooming
– recovery & sleep
– supplements & medical treatments
– anything else that meaningfully improves performance or appearance.

The goal isn’t perfection — it’s consistent measurable improvement across the year.
I’ll be posting updates, and what works / what doesn’t.

If it helps someone else level up too, even better.

Thank you @Southern Cross Labs for sponsoring me for this log I truly appreciate it.

- Session #2 March 3rd
- Session #3 TBC

Co2 Fractional Laser
- Session #1 April 28th
- Session #2 June 23rd

Peptides
GHKCU = 2.5mg daily
BPC 157 = 500mcg daily
TB 500 = 500mcg daily
Retatrutide current dose 6mg

Extra (dates/night out etc.)

● Lashcurler (yes cunt Im deadass)
● Lumify Eye Drops (1 Each eye)
● Brow tint (if not thick enough)
● Black water line pen outer 1/4 of water line

Gay, maybe? But these are used by male models already, basically we are trying to open and emphasise the white sclera and eye colour.

I'm really lucky I was born with an eye colour only 1-2% of people have basically 3 colours in one so these techniques have the huzz complimenting my eyes alot but this will work for anyone.

HAIR & Eyebrows
Finasteride 1mg daily
Minoxidil is applied to scalp twice daily & daily for eyebrows using a cotton tip
Microneedle once weekly
(no minox for 24 hours after improves results by %300)
I have a microneedling pen from the intelligent shop (MPMD store) I can set the depth to whatever is required.

This is really overkill and I'm doing this as as like a project for this year.

Getting lean is what will move the needle the most for all of us but skincare is important to maintain our youth going into our 30s especially with running aas which can age you.

I aim to post 2-3 times per week here.

appreciate any feedback.

Another item I forgot to mention is TEETH!

I paid for bracers and had them on for over a year at age 27/28 this made them straight.

After this I did IN CHAIR dental teeth whitening which makes them as white as you can get them in 1 hour.

Straight whiter teeth are a big thing , along with a tan (I dont have rn) using something like melanotan 2 will maks them stand out even more aswell as your eyes.

Below is before and after of my first uear into lifting and diet/peds
Feb - Dec

Current Stats
height 6'1 (6'3 with shoes an insoles 😉)
weight 100kg
bodyfat approx %17 (estimate)
age 31

Welcome to EVO. This is an interesting log so I’ll be following. There’s a lot of interventions and variables at play here. This isn’t a low cost plan either, but there is some double-up & ‘overkill’ occurring which may have detrimental effects. For example, if you’re using tretinoin, there’s no need to use so many other topical actives. In fact, it’ll damage your skin’s moisture barrier.
I also think you’re too young for Co2 laser unless you’ve got deep/ ice pick scarring. I would actually not go ahead with majority of those treatments & just do 3-4 sessions of RF microneedling with Rejuran & red-light therapy (combined). This will save you a substantial amount of money and down-time (there’s no down-time post-microneedling with Rejuran if you’re not too prone to inflammation).
Also, I would split the BPC dose to AM/ PM. TBC you can take 2-3mg twice weekly vs daily.
There’s more I can assist with if you need advice. Feel free to reply or message me directly - happy to help where I can. The above suggestions come from a place of personal experience re: products and procedures that I’ve used/ had completed.

Lastly, this is extremely time & resource (money) intensive routine. Do not put yourself in debt or under financial strain to follow-through with these plans, please. Take care of your mental health.

Hey Alice!
Appreciate you taking the time to write all that out. you actually made some really good points, especially about not overloading the skin and keeping things efficient
I think my original post probably made it look like im just running all these actives nonstop while also doing treatments, which isnt really what im doing. ive actually planned it so everything is cycled around the procedures
for example i stop niacinamide about a week before IPL, vitamin C a few days before, and then after each session i give my skin a proper recovery window where its literally just a gentle cleanser and moisturiser for around 1–2 weeks before i bring anything back in. so its not all stacked at once, its more like active phases and then recovery phases. Im not using tretinoin until after all my treatments & recovery it will be a way to maintain the baseline ive built using the treatments and it will be the only active.
the niacinamide and azelaic are really just there to support the IPL phase, mainly for pigment rebound and redness. theyre not something i plan on running long term. once all the treatments are done the plan is to strip it right back to basics, just cleanser, spf, moisturiser and tret a few nights a week also your point about RF microneedling and rejuran made a lot of sense so ive actually decided to drop the CO2 and go that route instead. new plan is IPL feb to april, RF microneedling may to july, then rejuran september to november, with led just used to help recovery
and just to clear it up im not putting myself under any financial stress with any of this, im in a good spot and wouldnt be doing it if i couldnt comfortably afford it. and im not coming from a place of being unhappy with how i look now, im actually pretty happy with my baseline, this is more about maintaining my skin and ageing well into my 30s and 40s but yeah i do appreciate the input.

Also some questions, have you done any of these treatments yourself or what is your current skin routine etc?

I'm really lucky in that I'm 31 but have a baby face so everyone thinks I'm mid twenties especially if I shave (which ive had to do now due to IPL photofacial treatments)
I'm combined adhd so I kind of hyper fixate on things for times like for me it was training and building muscle now its like facial aesthetics and skin etc.
Im still high bodyfat % appreox %17-20 Id guess and need to lean down likely to around 90kg to have a much sharper look. (might get a dexa scan)

please do a front shot please so we can see where you're at thanks @Rudeus so far you look good strong back power arms!
The first photo was me day 1 of 150mg test e , I did a bulk and then a cut to get to photo 2 but my cut wasnt long enough and I didnt get abs sadly... but I was around 92kg in that photo. Ive since done another 3 month bulk and then I did a couple cuts for when I was trying to look better but Ive never been proper lean.

That makes more sense, thank you for clarifying. You can actually combine red light, RF microneedling and Rejuran in the one treatment (a device like Morpheus8 can be used to administer the Rejuran if the higher depth setting is used). It’s not pain free but the down-time is low. You could possibly do this every 6-8 weeks until you achieve your desired result (and then less frequently for maintenance) and cut out the need for a lot of other treatments like at home microneedling/ red light/ rejuran done separately treatment, etc.
To be honest, I have sensitive skin so I keep it simple: fragrance free moisturiser, SPF, 0.005% trifarotene (daily in the PM - combined with some face oil to keep the moisture barrier in-tact). I prefer clinic-based treatments for better ROI, so I prefer not to spend much time or money on topicals/ apply-at-home products.

I've heard of that they actually do it at the clinic where I'm doing IPL, I did some reading and I think it's juts abit conservative for me I wanted to get a more deeper RF needling done but I defs like the idea of combining them all together.

I'll ask the clinic about it, I may even be going to south korea later so may just do it while I'm over there.

My skin routine / treatments routine is more then needed but I've never been someone who does skin care etc so I'm trying to make up lost ground and recover / maintain. I wish I started as a Teen id look 21 right now maybe...

I'm 31 but everyone thinks Im mid twenties because of the baby face and no wrinkles, not drinking, smoking or doing drugs (other then gear) has likely been beneficial plus genetics and minimal UVA/UVB.

I like your routine it seems simple and easy to follow.

I wouldn’t say it’s conservative if they use a more premium RF device & on the highest depth setting, you need an experienced person to do it who knows how to utilise it to get a good result. When done properly it’ll hurt even with a lot topical anaesthetic. South Korea or China would be an option too.

Interesting I didnt realise they were able to do that, I have IPL at the clinic on Tuesday I'll ask them about it.

Thanks for all the advice , Ive learned alot.

@Rudeus nice job man. I like the training and nutrition. Skin care and grooming is very important as well as humans. We should be grooming ourselves, our cats, and our dogs. Do it themselves.

Bros, amazing work on this. I like the different notes that you are making. I like this type of log as well. It's very different. @Rudeus

Recomposition is the hardest thing you can do in bodybuilding. @Rudeus and that you're up to the challenge. Glad to hear it.

I not planning to compete but I remember seeing a pro say judges sometimes skew their vote to even appearance like teeth? is this true?

Thank you very much lev, I think my arms are small compared to my torso so it's my main focus the long head of my tricep and biceps defs need to get more lean that's the goal over the next 9 weeks.
Happy with how I've managed to change from a bag of milk into something decent though.

I will make sure to go in detail with all these items you mentioned above I've saved it as a guide for myself.

Supps are listed in the log vit c 1g daily but I do also take digestive enzymes with every meal this was a massive help for me I noticed instant relief with bloating.
None of the others mentioned.

Thanks for the pod links curious to see what info you guys have, I've spent years watching youtube , reading research papers and testing things on myself I hope to be able to add some new angles of info to this forum and also learn.

I am a fat ass at heart so staying consistent needs to be my main focus.

I’ve never judged bodybuilder competitions only powerlifting. But I would imagine yes as it will detract ur smile

I've seen this phrase in several logs. It's used by AI/ChatGPT
Lev already told me not to use ai man dont worry, I basically wrote what i wanted and asked it to format for me.
You can see his reply a few posts down.

@Rudeus I like the goal of this log. It isn't just a bunch of steroids being ran and a bunch of meathead posts. You're getting into some deeper stuff like the grooming stuff, the sleep, the recovery, and the medical treatments, etc. It's going to be very fun to follow

I like how you're being humble. I think you're right. I used to always try to be perfect in everything but ultimately it's a silly goal to have. You just want to be your best. @Rudeus

My arms are really long so when hittinf biceps I always get fatigued brachioradialis which then starts cramping 😅

I dont think a probiotic is needed my gut health is in good order now Ive used psyllium husk before for fibre intake but as it stands my digestions is sweet an liver enzymes are on the money.

Why do you suggest those two specifically ?

I can imagine its the case when two people are just so even that the halo effect comes into account.
For sure, you don’t wanna go on stage with a nasty look on your face or with bad teeth

Honestly food today was pretty rough... My appetite was completely gone, I was on my ADHD meds because I had a lot to get done so I took a Vyvanse and it killed my hunger. It was hard to eat anything so I basically lived off shakes and milk all day just to get something in. So yeah diet today was pretty average, pretty much just the milk and protein shake diet but still managed to get an okay workout in regardless so I’ll take that as a win.
Only hit 1800 cals and 165 protein.
I'll have to eat more tommorow, lets call it "carb cycling" right guys 😅👍🏻

Is HGH worth running ?

I hate walking I'd rather be fat then do 10k steps per day, so I'll either do jump rope, recumbant bike or boxing classes.
Recumbant bike is a cheat code though its so easy to smash out 600 calories in 45 minutes keeping it on 200 watts the whole time and your head isnt bobbing around so watching anime is easier.
(if you're into that) Watching JJK, Frieren and Hels Paradise atm 🤓

Looks max update

Girlfriend was spiking my cortisol doubling the ashwangada dose.
(just kidding)

My IPL photo facial today (mar 3rd) at 4pm, this is session number two
Leading into it I stopped azelaic acid about a week before and stopped vitamin C about three days before. The last few days I’ve basically just been running a gentle cleanser and a moisturiser with niacinamide in the mornings, keeping everything simple so my skin barrier is calm going into the treatment
I’ve still been consistent with minoxidil on the brows. I’ve paused microneedling on the face around this treatment window so I’m not stacking irritation on top of the IPL. Not expecting real brow results from the minoxidil until around the three month mark anyway.

For anyone who doesn’t know what IPL does, it’s mainly to reduce redness in the cheeks, target broken capillaries, fade freckles and sun spots, and even out overall skin tone so everything looks cleaner and more uniform this is phase 1.

Tuesday (Mar 3rd) is session number two. Best case I get what I want in two sessions, but realistically most people need around three and sometimes up to five sessions spaced a few weeks apart depending on how stubborn the redness and pigmentation is. So the plan is to do at least three and then reassess.
Costs around $500 per session which is steep, but worth it for me right now.
After this IPL series I’m looking at RF microneedling and Rejuran. Still deciding whether to do Morpheus 8 or to do RF microneedling and Rejuran as separate treatments. I’m going to ask the clinician today what gives the best result for skin quality, texture and tightening for me specifically.
Thank you @Alice_In_Ironland for the advice.

Aftercare for IPL is pretty simple but important. For the first few days I’ll just run a gentle cleanser, a basic moisturiser and SPF during the day, no actives, no acids, no retinol, no vitamin C.
I’ll probably take a night or two off the gym just to be safe but once the skin has settled down after about a week I’ll slowly reintroduce my normal skincare like vitamin C and azelaic acid if everything looks good.

TLDR
I drink many ml's of milk today
I lift heavy circle at jim
put cream on face
inject stuff
yap about IPL treatment

I am new to logging so please be gentle with me ❤️

All advice and guidance is fully appreciated and I'm very willing to learn!

This is obviously where your biggest improvements can be made.

On the hunger, for days like that it would be good to try and work out some solid foods that you can still get down. Regardless milk probably isn't the best idea. A lot of people don't do well with it.

Can you show us your full training split. I'm not the biggest fan of your setup on this arm day. You're doing 5 sets on some exercises. That's a complete waste of time. You then have a random bunch of exercises at the end.

Macros look pretty good. Good to see protein at 200+.

What's up with Reta at 7mg a week. That's a very high dose. Did you work up to that and find you needed that much?

How long have you been running the 300ng test for?

Thanks so much to my sponsor @Southern Cross Labs you have been a massive help so far with all the extra time you've taken to answer any questions I've had!
A True Adam.

Thats carbs for the 2500 cal day vs the 2100 cal day its the only macro im adjusting but ill be real I am not to focused on hitting these my main macro goal is protein, if my carbs or fat arent exact I wont stress im not looking to compete.

Really good progress there. What is the timeline?

The timeline was 1 year between those two pictures you mentioned.

I did one bulk cycle one cut cycle.

I dont have a structured training split right now but I'll make one.

"You're doing 5 sets on some exercises. That's a complete waste of time. You then have a random bunch of exercises at the end."

I'm not sure what you mean man I'm doing triceps / biceps then shoulders?
i just did one set of pull ups because I like to maintain my pull up strength so I always so these everyday min 1 - 3 sets at the end. I want to get to 30 reps straight.

I worked up to 7mg ypu can see the reta schedule at the start of my log, so yesterday was my first 7mg dose I'm going to keep upping it until 2100 calories feels easy to stay at.

Ive been on 300mg test e for 1 week I was doing 200mg before that.

Thank you for your feedback !

Welcome @Rudeus and a great start to your journal. It’s been good chatting with you behind the scenes.

I can see there’s a fair amount of discussion around peptides, AAS and various supplements and you’ve mentioned calories but I’m not seeing a detailed breakdown of your diet.

I’ve seen Retatrutide used at that dose when everything else is fully dialled in however in this cas I believe that amount could potentially be reduced to a quarter of the dose if we address your nutrition first.

The majority of what you’re aiming to improve will be significantly impacted and in many cases resolved through proper dietary adjustments alone.

Hair, skin, nails and eye health as you mentioned, are fundamentally rooted in nutritional status.

Let’s properly dissect your diet. Post it up in detail and let the Evo crew go through it with you. That will give you a far clearer foundation to build from before escalating compounds. 👍🏻

@Rudeus Welcome to the forums bro! Looking forward to following your log!

Alrighhhhtttt youre pulling my arm 😓
I'll get the probiotic the psyllium husk though I cant stomach that shit man
you cant stomach what psyllium or probiotics?

protein is good but carbs crucial too

Thanks for our discussion on threema , going to be dialing in a proper meal plan to lock in on.
Something I can actually stick too.

Just followed the instructions on the back of the packet , mix with water an chug.

i'll give it another go
You need to mix 1tsp with 16oz of water and drink fast @Rudeus

Added ketaconazol shampoo 3x times per week.
IPL photofacial session #2 completed on Tuesday previously mentioned, recovery was quick likely due to meticulous skin care, Glow70 and genetics. One thing I did learn is that this can ruin my beard if I keep letting them go over that area so I set my next app to 6 weeks away and I'll have them shield the facial hair from now on.

Keeping skin care basic for 2 weeks just a gentle cleanser and moisteriser and spf 50 if I go outside.

Most people require 3-5 session to get that even skin tone she focused on my upper cheek area where I had broken capillaries last session. I estimate another 1 or 2 sessions and I'll be hapoy but likely I'll do 5 just for max results.

@Alice_In_Ironland I spoke to the clinician about the morpheus 8 and she said I really dont need the RF micro needling and defs not co2 as I look so young and my skins good. She said I should just do 3 rounds of full face rejuran 4cc per session to get "That Glow" thank you for the advice saved me $$$.

Everything else remains the same in the looks max protocol.

Lately I've spent alot of time researching peptides particularly the mito type ones but also a few others.
I know alot of guys here are on Oral SLUPP332 but from what I found no studies are done on that and all the studies are on the injectable version but everyone seems to be scared of DMSO ?

I'll aim to get more updates out this week.

Thanks again to @Southern Cross Labs

checked your foods, we need to cut the bread out completely @Rudeus the fatigue is likely not just sleep but your food intake is not good
lets stick to whole foods like yams sweet potatoes rice with clean protein

on the SLUPP why dont you just use it sublingual? see if that works for you

Appreciate the feedback but I dont agree that two slices of white bread is causing it.
Outside of eating eggs I never touch it bread.
I agree you're right to be perfect I should cut it out but I like it alot with eggs so I want to eat it.

The fatigue Is definately coming from my terrible sleep schedule, I really need better sleep hygeiene same sleep an wake up times and dial in the water intake.

Dropping the reta down to 4mg Today 7mg is overkill for sure.
Good advice @Unitedau telling me to lower that.

I'm not asking you to agree :D I'm saying bread and gluten might be causing it, i could be wrong too I get it.
I'm saying sleep is crucial yes but so is food, clean up your carbs sources replace with oats yams sweet potatoes and start taking more sleep aids
what sleep aids you take now? @Rudeus

I know no stress at all I like the advice I do its right.

My sleep is really really bad I need to clean it up and make sure to sleep before 12am.

Currently these ;
NIGHT (11:00 PM)
• MAGNESIUM Elemental intake 400mg
• NAC 600mg
• L-THEANINE 300MG
• TAURINE 2G
• ASHWAGANDHA 500MG
• Glycine 5g

I'm also perscribed clonedine by my psychiatrist to help me wind down if my ADHD meds keep me to wired but I rarely take it as Ive cut back my adhd meds to days I really need them now.

I have instant release melatonin 3mg and slow release 10mg I take if Im really really needing it (tonight for sure)

Also I've added in 40mg Telmisartan to my daily stack.

What do you take?

I would take the melatonin ED in your situation :D and you cant take taurine before bed that will wire you up thats in all energy drinks @Rudeus
cut taurine, add melatonin, add zinc add vitamin C
remove NAC before bed it wont let you process many supps

Hello @Unitedau

may I ask what do you think about the sigmoid dose response curve of retatrutides glucagon activity where the effect doesn’t appear measurable in studies until around 4 mg and then approaches near max efficacy at 7–8 mg?

I spent alot of time researching last night here is one site I was reading;

https://www.mdpi.com/2218-273X/15/6/796

Do you think its fair to say if youre dosing reta under 4mg you may aswell not run it and just go with Tirz to save money seeing as glucagon effect isnt measureable under 4mg and therefore likely minimal?

You should run the retatrutide with cagrilintide not tirzepatide if you want it to work at lower doses @Rudeus check our community thread on it
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...s-semaglutide-tirzepatide-retatrutide.109649/

I dont want the glp1 effects I just want the glucagon effect which maxes out near 8mg and wont adding that make the glp1 apetitie supression worse?

I am struggling to get my macros and calories in at 7mg and its the first week of 7mg 😅

Before taking reta I could easily put away 5000 calories a day or more.

Im not running tirz at all I would never run two of these together Ive read and seen horror stories but Im saying for cost saving purposes if under 4mg is the dose why run reta over tirz?

Bruzzz the study doesn't clarify or state that under 4mg there is no glucagon effect it just says the jump from 1-4mg and then 4-8mg had the biggest measurable effect so under 4mg glucagon is still active its just not dramatic.

But glucagon is what seperates reta from sema and tirz so this is what we want to max out so we get maximum passive fat burning effect we can handle. I've just bought this off amazon to help with the fullness that 7mg causes.
Hits every possible angle for a digestive enzyme so hopefully it works bettee then my current one and I can get more food and protein down.

Appetite suppression for sure will be stronger if you add cagrilintide to the glp1 but its not clear what you are doing, glucagon for what exactly? @Rudeus
I really want to experiment and run it at 8mg for this next 8 weeks and see what happens by the end I'll also get a dexa scan too.

To be honest, I don’t rely heavily on studies and I likely wouldn’t review that link. I tend to base my approach on personal experience and the extensive feedback I’ve gathered from experienced users over time.

When it comes to peptides, supplements, or AAS there is rarely a one size fits all protocol. What works well for one person may not work the same way for another.

Factors such as dosing, timing and duration often need to be adjusted through individual experimentation to find what produces the best results for each person.

In my view, getting overly caught up in social media discussions or individual studies can sometimes confuse the end user. While research certainly has its place, in the real world of the fitness industry much of the process ultimately comes down to personal response and practical experience.

At the end of the day, each person effectively becomes their own case study learning what works best for their body through careful observation and adjustment.

Don't worry I don't get caught up in social media bs I only like to read real research you should read some too it's very interesting, we're so lucky to have this kind of stuff these days compared to old guys who had to go off bro science.
I also get what you're saying about individual response and real world feedback.
I think maybe my point got misunderstood though. I wasn't saying reta doesn't work at lower doses, because obviously it does through the GLP1 pathway.
What I was talking about was specifically the glucagon receptor side of it, since that's the main thing that separates it from tirzepatide. The dose response curves in the trials prove this, where the effect starts becoming measurable around 4 mg and approaches near max around 7–8 mg.
So my point was more that if someone is running it very low they may not really be taking advantage of that third mechanism much, which is kind of the main thing that makes reta different.

I should make a thread talking about it outside my log, my friend ran 20mg reta a week split into two doses no issues but insane fat reduction.
I was gob smacked when he told me this was his dose. Even at 7mg I struggle to eat enough on a cut.

Appetite suppression for sure will be stronger if you add cagrilintide to the glp1 but its not clear what you are doing, glucagon for what exactly? @Rudeus
tbh lev I'm a pretty lazy guy with pretty trash genetics for this, so the idea for me is just to maximize the passive fat burn from the glucagon side of reta during this fat loss phase. I know its not needed but this is my first time dieting with a glp1 so I want to see how much easier it is.
