Hi I need some guidance on boosters. I'm 18 about 260 6'3 I've been
Lifting for about 3-4 years five days a week. I have tried everything
To get stronger and bigger. Fromm sets of 3x3-5x5 etc and negatives.
all kinds of things and struck with them for months but I never get as
Strong as everyone else. Even younger kids that I work out with that
Just sit there at the gym. And barely lift anything surpass me.
Boosters or no booster?
Btw I've used cretins and whey protein for two years now..
