possible hernia? Still have pain? was the pain lower abdominal or down in your groin or what? Be specific. Sucks if it's a hernia. Any chance you can go to the doctor on Tuesday?

yeah if its a hernia, i would agree that you would wanna get it looked at just to be sure.

Thanks for quick reply. I am in urgent care as we speak. I will let you know! As far as pain to be as specific as possible...

I have acute pain in my groin area, to the right and a little above my right testicle down the abductor. When resting, I am fine. When trying to get up it's excruciating pain and walking hurts too. Guess I learned an invaluable lesson never to increase weight more then 5-10lbs a week! Yikes!

Doctor said it's just a bad muscle tear. No hernia thank god. Looks like one week off gym:( next week, what should I do for weights? Should I do girl scout work out? Also, should I continue AAS?

damn. Tore a muscle in your groin? Only a week off? Any bruising? Did he push his finger into your abdomen via your scrotum?

Yeah. No hernia thank god. He said go with how you feel and after you can be mobile 2 days without the perkiset and Valium you can get back into it easy. What do you suggest as a back up plan for the Dc workout. I hate being inactive! I will take this week off but what should I do next week? Thanks. Got to keep things going!

what's going on brother? Haven't heard anything. How's the recovery? Let us know what's happening.

I was also wondering how you were doing??

Hey guys. Thanks for reaching out. Man, is this groin injury taking forever to heal. At least I could walk straight. Just no lower body except for leg extensions and leg curls. Squats, leg pressing, dead lifting, running, biking aggravates it so I have to lay off from that.

Have been doing upper body though and making great gains. I will post my results by end of weekend.

Still on cycle. Eating 3-4 solid meals with 2-3 shakes. get thrown off 2-3 times a week with eating though. Overall, I love this workout routine and the strength gains. Think what I am learning though is that it's harder being bigger. I feel less nimble and cardiovascular is way down with the extra weight. Probably will cut calories after cycle but maintain this workout program. I love the DC training style. Gains galore!

sorry about the injury man. Sucks it's taking so long to heal, but sounds like it's getting better. Are you doing any cardio at all? What's going on with diet? Post up what you're eating.

Hey guys. So I am ready to wrap up this training program. First off, I want to thank everyone for all their great input. CEO, you have inspired me with this DC Routine! I have never gotten so strong, so fast!

This program has been so great for me to learn what I really want out of my fitness goals for life. I thought it was all about "get as big as I can", but what I am learning is that it is holding me back in a lot of ways...

for example,
I am having a lot of trouble surfing with all the weight on me
My cardio has gone downhill
I can't even run anymore cause my ankles hurt
I pulled my groin lifting heavy
Now my right knee is all messed up and crackling and popping constantly

Basically in a nutshell, I feel my ligaments and tendons can't handle all this muscle growth and constantly injuring myself.

I would rather grow slowly then quick..

So with that said, I would appreciate an exit strategy to close out this program. Meaning, how should I go about working out in the gym, to make gains, but not put myself at risk at injuring myself? I want to lift heavy, but not to the point where my tendons and ligaments can't handle it. Could I still use DC? If so, should I make any adjustments? If not, then what else?

As far as AAS, I am going to give Nate a call about HRT and thank him for the experience.

SBT, I will grade myself with diet on C. I have been good eating clean with 1 to 2 cheat meals a week but not taking in enough calories as requested.

Anyway, thanks again for everything and looking forward to a long term program you could suggest to me that will allow me to live my life pain free. Thanks!
