Hey guys. So I am ready to wrap up this training program. First off, I want to thank everyone for all their great input. CEO, you have inspired me with this DC Routine! I have never gotten so strong, so fast!
This program has been so great for me to learn what I really want out of my fitness goals for life. I thought it was all about "get as big as I can", but what I am learning is that it is holding me back in a lot of ways...
for example,
I am having a lot of trouble surfing with all the weight on me
My cardio has gone downhill
I can't even run anymore cause my ankles hurt
I pulled my groin lifting heavy
Now my right knee is all messed up and crackling and popping constantly
Basically in a nutshell, I feel my ligaments and tendons can't handle all this muscle growth and constantly injuring myself.
I would rather grow slowly then quick..
So with that said, I would appreciate an exit strategy to close out this program. Meaning, how should I go about working out in the gym, to make gains, but not put myself at risk at injuring myself? I want to lift heavy, but not to the point where my tendons and ligaments can't handle it. Could I still use DC? If so, should I make any adjustments? If not, then what else?
As far as AAS, I am going to give Nate a call about HRT and thank him for the experience.
SBT, I will grade myself with diet on C. I have been good eating clean with 1 to 2 cheat meals a week but not taking in enough calories as requested.
Anyway, thanks again for everything and looking forward to a long term program you could suggest to me that will allow me to live my life pain free. Thanks!
