First time logging.
Been back to serious training and eating right for about 4 years now. After a 15 year layoff due to business, life and kids.

I officiate high school basketball and high school football and college football.

In the past, I’ve done quite a few different cycles. I’ve been on TRT for the last 20 years 200 mg. My last cycle I ran last year was test 400 and mass 450 weekly. For 4 months.

I was planning on doing my first bodybuilding competition this May. Due to having bicep tendinitis in my left bicep. I’ve not been able to train arms very much for the last eight months. So I decided to put it off until next year. Instead now I am doing a test pre-run as if I was going to do a competition.

Multi, b6, digestive enzymes, fish oil, turmeric.
Creatine 10mg. EAA scoop

Bpc 157 & tb 500 Monday - Friday

Goal is to cut

told one ref last year he had no balls and they kicked me out of stadium and i fought security on way out. dude threw a flag on my son for unnecessary roughness and late hit. gave him a 15 yard penalty and lost them the game. my son did nothing wrong. he made a good hit and knocked that kid out but clean

Lol I get it. It’s tough for us in high school because we don’t have replay. Plus they are big on safety.

I think some are really good hard hits. There is a fine line between legal and illegal by our high school rules. If it’s in that line they want us to call it. If not we get docked and won’t make the playoffs or get good games.

Some guys can’t differentiate a good hard clean hit and an illegal hit.
