I'm taking accutane right now but will stop in a week. I'm on creatine and bcaas now so will the creatine make me break out after the accunate is stopped? heard it can make guys really break out.

No, creatine has no effect at all on acne, so it is perfectly safe to take in your situation. The only potential side effect with creatine is mild water retention, which only takes place when you heavily overdose on it and don't hydrate yourself enough. Other than that, creatine should not cause any break outs. However, keep in mind that I am talking about the creatine as such, since many creatine products have a lot of additives, which in turn could potentially cause a break out. Hence the importance of choosing a clean creatine product that has no additives in it - only creatine. For instance, I use Ancient Strength Creatine, as it has three different forms of creatine, and nothing else but it.

the problem with most creatine out there is when you take it you are not just getting creatine, but you are getting dyes, fillers, and sweeteners. this can cause a host of problems

it is important to buy pure creatine. ancient strength from n2bm has 3 ingredients. creatine, creatine, and creatine.. nothing else

Creatine, if used in proper dosages (which is 5-10g per day), should never cause a break out

There is a lot of misinformation out there when it comes to creatine supplementation. Supplemental creatine is nothing more then the amino acids glycine, arginine, and methionine synthesized together. It is not a hormone and does not require a PCT (post cycle therapy). It cannot cause acne.

There is no need to load or cycle creatine. Supplement with 5-10g per day. When you take the creatine doesn't matter but ideally you would supplement with creatine pre and post workout, as your body is most inclined to absorb nutrients at this time.

Either get a bulk creatine monohydrate powder or a capsulated creatine supplement like ancient strength from n2bm.com.
