Bruised bicep after delt injection

I injected my left delt for second time and during injection i sneezed and tensed my muscle which hurt like hell but finished injection, when i withdrew needle it leeked blood more than usual but quickly stopped after pressure applied for 10sec. Little pip which is pretty standard with this test e but was below injection site. 2 days later after chest workout i noticed a bruise type lump between bottom of delt and upper outer bicep. What has happened here?

Probably inflammation from that little wiggle of the pin when you sleeved next time pull pin when you know you before sneeze.

You jiggled the pin and hurt yourself. Kinda obvs.

i can remember i pinned my chest one time and after i was bleeding like crazy.. 2 days later same thing happened. normal, it will go away after a few days

THe bruise is from inflammation. You jiggled the needle a bit when you sneezed. No biggie.

You're going to live lol. The bruise will go away in a few days. Don't use that injection site again for a couple of weeks.

No big deal. Just a bad injection. It will get better quickly just like if you had bad PIP.
