Do any of you guys use Carb drinks after your workouts to replace energy burnt during the workout?
 
I think they are absolutely unnecessary and in most cases will just make you fat. Honestly, just go home after the gym and cook a meal. That is going to be a much better option than a supplement.
 
I use them from time to time since they are convenient. They're nothing magic though. Most people would be better off just getting their carbs from food since it's more satiating.
