Hemp seeds are a good source of essential fatty acids, fibre and are a complete source of protein. They are great to include into your diet. I don't see any real benefit of including CBD oil into your supplement regiment.
The best essential oil you can supplement with is fish/krill oil. Strong natural anti inflammatory, improves insulin sensitivity of your muscle cells and it's great for your cholesterol levels. Every athlete should be supplementing with 3-6g of fish oil per day, in my opinion.
