CBD Oil?

Has anyone used it and has anyone benefited from it? I am trying to find a reputable source online. (Non psychoactive, I never been high, never plan on getting high either.)
 
CBD is cannabidiol it is present in marijuana plants. Don't think it provides any benefits for athletes. It does the following though.


Antiemetic Reduces nausea and vomiting
Anticonvulsant Suppresses seizure activity
Antipsychotic Combats psychosis disorders
Anti-inflammatory Combats inflammatory disorders
Anti-oxidant Combats neurodegenerative disorders
Anti-tumoral/Anti-cancer Combats tumor and cancer cells
Anxiolytic/Anti-depressant Combats anxiety and depression disorders

Why do you want to use it, and why are you asking here?
 
If you ask if anybody has benefited from it, you gotta tell the ojectives you pursue. If you are an athlete looking for an additional edge - it will give no benefits at all.

I've never seen any Studies done for Athletes.
Although it's extremely promising in the Field of Cancer and a few other areas.

Have Heard that there's Ton's of Scam CBD being Sold Online.
It's not Regulated as of yet, so be careful.

Been a couple of good Programs about CBD being Aired on "AWE" Network......................................... JP
 
Hemp seeds are a good source of essential fatty acids, fibre and are a complete source of protein. They are great to include into your diet. I don't see any real benefit of including CBD oil into your supplement regiment.

The best essential oil you can supplement with is fish/krill oil. Strong natural anti inflammatory, improves insulin sensitivity of your muscle cells and it's great for your cholesterol levels. Every athlete should be supplementing with 3-6g of fish oil per day, in my opinion.
