I'm 58 years old now, have been a competitive bodybuilder since 1999, a member at MC since 2002, and was told there was a solid group over here as well.
I just recently competed this past May & June after a 16-year layoff. Prep was a lot different this time around now that I'm in my 50's and I'm happy to share.
