Combination supps

You know the supps that advertise they have 3-4 important ingredients already included in the protein shake? For example creatine, bcaa and glutamine for example. Would it be cheaper to buy the combo stuff or would it be more effective with separate containers for all ingredients ?

It's hard to say. Usually when a company makes an 'all in one' they will only add in trace ingredients. It's called label dressing.

9 times out of 10 it's cheaper to buy the individual products in order to get an effective dosage

Bcaa's and glutamine are protein, they are not "added ingredients"

And to answer the question. It depends on the product/brand so check out the label.
I've seen products that have very low amount of those added ingredients and vice versa.
