I'm sure this topic has been mulled over many times here but I'm considering s4 and gw and am in need of some advice!

I've been training for about 3 years now, but in the last year I've been getting serious about it, effective programing, tracking lifts, ensuring nessesary sleep tracking macros and it's been going good, but I'm just coming off somewhat of a long dirty bulk in which I've been taking in 3100 cals a day. It's treated me well as far as strength and muscle size, but ibe also put on alot of fat.

At the start of this bulk I had been in a long deficit and was fairly lean, I was cut and could see muscle striations through my chest and shoulders although I was very small. At the time I weighed 168 and now im up to 192lbs. I had heard s4 and gw is good for people looking to lose some fat in a deficit while being able to maintain that hard earned muscle mass and strength gains. Somewhat of a recomp?

I will upload pictures if I get some replies when I get back home on my computer but for now seriously any advice is needed. Not sure what to do here or how to handle it. I'm very nervous about gyno and other side effects. Thanks in advance!
 
The nice thing about SARMS is that they do not aromatize into estrogen or raise prolactin levels in the body so side effects like gyno are impossible.

Based on your goals of recomp, I would run the triple stack. The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine. http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol
Cardarine is a great SARM for fat loss and endurance
Ostarine is a great SARM for recovery
S4 is a great SARM for strength gains
You get the best of everything by stacking the three together.

Three years is not even close to being in the game and understand diet and how your body response and eating quality to gain size drugs will not get you what you are looking to do . I personal feel you have to have a solid 7 years in the game before thinking about taking a sarm or any drug stack is a waste of time learning to be a master of diet and a master of cutting weight and gaining weight before you even take drugs and when to know when you have maxed out your body's true size . Train hard rest hard and eat hard and I can bet you have not mastered all those in three years ?
 
Lol newbies always worry to much:PPPPP. Just make sure to do your PCT. Never skip post cycle therapy just because you want to safe money
you can't go to much wrong like that.
 
You seem young and using steroid compounds are definitely not for beginners for the fact that you just don't have the knowledge base to run a proper and safe cycle. Training for 3 years is a decent amount of time and I am sure you have picked up quite a bit of info about these products. If you are going to run something, I would suggest sarms as a start. They are quite mild in comparison to steroids and don't require the strict attention and knowledge base that gear does. They also do not shut down natural test production nor do they aromatize in the body. I will say, some individuals do experience some shut down i.e. loss of labido, erec dysfunction, lethargy so it is important to run a PCT after a sarms cycle just to err on the side of caution.
I freely admint that I am no expert on sarms so I not going to recommend any specific supplier but from research and anecdotal evidence I am sufficiently satisfied with their performance.
 
GW and S4 will help but the diet is what went wrong for you.

I hate the dirty bulk. While you gained some muscle, now you are left with the task of getting all the added fat off. I find it much easier to gain slowly with lean muscle.

You will need to get back to a caloric deficit first and foremost. I would recommend adding Ostarine to your stack at 25mg per day. It will help you keep all your muscle while you are in a deficit and cutting fat.
