Briefly, my cycle history: I have been using AAS steroids for the past 3 years. In the last year I have reached a point where I cannot maintain my mass after cycles, even with pct. I have tried everything. You may laugh at this, but my sticking point is 210lbs solid at 6,3. Then again, I have a super-fast metabolism.

I have come to the conclusion that like most big lads in the gym I will have to stay on year-round with periods of heavy cycles followed by light gear usage (bridge, no PCT but hcg every 8 weeks).

I just want to know what some of you guys do in a typical year of continuous AAS use, i.e. dosages used for cycles & bridges, length of both & how much of gains do you keep from bridging.

All input is greatly appreciated.

How so - tell us what you did.

although it might seem like a good idea to just stay on steroids year round you are only going to make it harder to reach your fitness goals by doing that. the effects on your organ healthy, inflammatation in the body, effects on your prostate, etc. are all going to catch up to you.

You probably just need to fix diet and training a bit. You're always going to lose some coming off too. Part of the game
