The recommended dosage of creatine is 5-10g per day. I would drop your dosage to 5g per day and take it every single day OR keep your dosage at 10g/day dosage and only dose the creatine on workout days. If you decide to drop your dosage to 5g per day and take it every day, take the creatine with your pre workout shake on workout days or with your breakfast on your off days.

When you use a creatine supplement, it super saturates your body's creatine phosphate ATP energy system. You don't need to take it every day to keep your levels topped off. Especially since on your off days you aren't depleting your creatine phosphate stores because you aren't lifting weights.
