creatine and training

Just started on evo, long time reader. Wanted to know if I use create daily now do I take it on my days when I don't train? Or do I lower the dose on those days?
 
The recommended dosage of creatine is 5-10g per day. I would drop your dosage to 5g per day and take it every single day OR keep your dosage at 10g/day dosage and only dose the creatine on workout days. If you decide to drop your dosage to 5g per day and take it every day, take the creatine with your pre workout shake on workout days or with your breakfast on your off days.

I personally only take creatine on my workout days. I use the capsulated creatine product ancient strength from n2bm.com. Each serving is 3 capsules and 5g. I take 1 serving before and after each workout. I keep the creatine in my gym bag and it just makes things super simple.

When you use a creatine supplement, it super saturates your body's creatine phosphate ATP energy system. You don't need to take it every day to keep your levels topped off. Especially since on your off days you aren't depleting your creatine phosphate stores because you aren't lifting weights.
 
nothing wrong with taking it daily.. and since creatine is so cheap you can run it daily at the same dosage without hurting the wallet. i would recommend you check out ancient strength from n2bm. it is PURE creatine, no added garbage like other brands

Creatine should be taken every day, irrespective whether you train or not. The recommended dosage is 5-10g per day
 
Sticking with the recommended dosage is important. I like to push the limits sometimes and I found taking too much creatine gives me extremely bad headaches. So I don't go over 10mg.
