How much creatine do you take a day? How much should you take?

I forgot all about the loading cycles.. so I am asking what you guy do.

Personally, anywhere from 3 grams up to 20 grams... depends how much is in my protein powder/mass gainer. So typically for me only 3-6g between 1-2 protein drinks. Unless I'm cycling slin, then I'm getting 6.337g with my shake, 3x daily.

For the average gym goer, 3-6g is plenty

5 grams a day of creatine monohydrate every day. You do not need to load, and I recommend against it.

I don’t take it daily nor really ever. But loading phases are bologna. 5g a day is plenty

Without insulin, some diarrhea maybe. With insulin, increased muscle capacity. With DNP, creatine will set you a blaze
