i only train natural like dips, push ups and pull ups with sit ups/squats, no extra weight added. been always natty. now want to start doing something with creatine what dose is optimal for a natty guy like me?

The dose is the same for everyone - be it natty, or enhanced - 5-10 grams per day. Just make sure to be using a pure creatine product without any additives in it, or any sweetners. If you do so, there will be no problems at all. Make sure to be drinking plenty of water when using creatine. The optimal time would be half an hour before working out, and the other half right after - these are the best absorption times for creatine, and this is when it will benefit you the most.

5-10 grams per day is a good starting point. You can use a pure creatine monohydrate or a mix of creatines such as ancient strength

i would categorize creatine as natty. you already get it in your foods.. by supplementing it you will be getting more.

they key is getting a good quality creatine.. many of them have sweeteners and dyes to make it taste good and look pretty. but you are smarter than that and you know you want pure creatine.. thats why n2bm sells ancient strength

Creatine is a very easy supplement to take and it is also very cheap and effective. Just get a pure creatine product like ancient strength without any caffeine, fillers, sugar, and other crap. Then just dose 5g per day indefinitely. No need to cycle on and off or load.

Supplemental creatine is nothing more then the amino acids glycine, arginine, and methionine synthesized together. It is not a hormone and does not require a PCT (post cycle therapy). It is perfectly safe for natural athletes to take. It is not banned by any sports governing body.

here is no need to load or cycle creatine. Supplement with 5-10g per day. When you take the creatine doesn't matter but ideally you would supplement with creatine pre and post workout, as your body is most inclined to absorb nutrients at this time. Supplementing with creatine post workout will also help replenish depleted creatine phosphate stores from your workout.
