Both the cycling idea and 'on and off days' is kinda silly. It's not in the slightest bit suppressive and we have it in our bodies whether we 'top up' or not. A non-using average Joe has approximately 120g in their bodies. Those on a high protein (specifically dark meat) diet will naturally have high levels.
Taking it as a supplement tops up the bodies stores. It doesn't change your bodies ability to absorb it from food. You don't get a renewed or enhanced uptake by cycling it.
Ergo 'off days' make no sense and neither does cycling it. Use Ancient Strength
