CrossFit doping ideas

So I have been wondering a few things for the last few months. A while back I had read an article posted on Evolutionary home page on what CrossFit athletes could potentially be using. I wanted to know what you think they use.

I have recently transitioned to training CrossFit athletes but was wondering what they use. (Elite ones not the joe schmoes)

It is very hard to know wich athlete take what .... in the off-season they could be taking test , var , gw , eq , anadrol to increase their 1 rep max for ladder competition and ... the stronger you are the less energy you will spend doing endurance stuff !
 
What do crossfit athletes use? I think they like using estrogen and progesterone...hahaha jkjk. I hear a lot of crossfitter on here that said good on things like Equipoise because it can raise endurance a lot and theres not too much bloat from it. Test+Eq and maybe some Var,Tbol, or Primobolan?

A low dose of EQ will help with endurance but it will also suppress your natural testosterone production which opens up another whole bag or worms in itself.

You could add EQ and a TRT dosage of testosterone to the stack I recommended above but I don't think it's necessary. Cardarine GW + creatine is one of the best, and safest, stacks you can put together for increased endurance that is non-hormonal and completely side effect free.
 
EQ together with Cardarine GW will kick ass in matters of endurance, recovery and cardio. Therefore, I think that this would be their go-to combo. Also, you could add in there some Anadarine S4 - it gives a very good strength boost without adding muslce mass, so you remain pretty lightweighted. All of these compounds are pretty safe, so this is a huge benefit too.
 
If you are talking elite level crossfitter's, then whatever is going to give them an advantage. Test, EQ, GH and EPO. I have also heard of use of tren, winny and var.
 
^^^ tren could be used but very sparingly. it will absolutely cripple endurance

I tell my crossfit clients to use EQ, GW, and sarms... avoiding water retention is huge.. even just a little water will drop a pace time 30 seconds or more .. trust me I been there myself

sarms are growing like crazy in crossfit, unfortunately most of the sarms out there is either fake or really pro hormones.. so their use is backfiring bigtime on guys

Hypothetically S4 Stiffens Joints right in a process of ridding the body of excess water weight so would that technically counteract their training ideology? I know theoretically MK-2866 is supposed to help with joint lube right? So whats your thoughts on them potentially stacking this:

Var (moderate dosages)
GW (endurance)
MK (recovery)
Test (recovery)
Creatine (recovery/endurance)

This stack would also work great. However, for really great performance you would also need EQ - it really makes a difference.

Add in a low dose AI to keep estrogen levels in the low-normal range. I recommend aromasin from ag-guys.com at 5mg EOD.

This will keep water retention to a minimum.

var is going to give you pumps which will hurt your endurance bigtime. trust me I can run half a mile only before I start getting horrible pumps on just 50mg a day of var. not good if you are cross fit

the test will increase water retention. no need for it, run EQ instead!! creatine could also retain some water, make sure you don't run too high a dose and check the labels for other stuff in there
 
I read that article yesterday just have a question actually.. In that article is says dbol and EQ are the same essential chemical just one lasts longer in the body because it's got the oily compound. So is there more of an advantage to EQ then Dbol or no?

Masteron is technically closer in structure but they don't act the same way in the body at all. You can get injectable dbol and it definitely do not act the same way as Eq.

In concept EQ was supposed to be an injectable Dbol when developed. However, they are apples and oranges when compared. Dbol will hit faster concerning gains but with a spike in estrogen and water retention. Still, the gains with Dbol are known to be more difficult to sustain over time. All of which I do not think would be benefical to a crossfit athlete. EQ on the other hand is a long ester compund that has benifits for the athlete such as raise in red blood cell to carry Oxygen and much lower conversion to estrogen as describe in previous posts.
 
That's the shit I do like lol so what's the carryover since I read the article on it like dosage wise for someone who has never run something it says produces sides like pimples etc i'm susceptible to that kinda stuff as sarms gave me backnee when mixed with var the one time I ran a quick cyc
