Does anybody remember Cybergenics the box of supplement that cost $5 for you paid more than $100 for it. The supplements in the pack were crap but the training regimen and diet plan were pretty good. I guess when you purchased a box of Cybergenics you really were just buying the diet and training program as such and not really effective supplements. That is a pretty good business model I guess you must admit.

I have heard of Cybergenics but it was before my time.

A lot of the supplements on the shelf are still similar today. Most supplements don't do much besides give you a bit of a caffeine buzz.

Funny thing that I have never heard about it before. However, their marketing approach sounds interesting. Wonder if they did it on purpose like this, or it was just a coincidence that their products were of poor quality, and their diet plans were good.

with all the websites available there is zero reason to buy a diet or training program. this is one reason most personal trainers FAIL at helping their clients reach their goals.

now one on one coaching where someone actually digs into what works for you and what not is a different story. but buying a program like this that is cookie cutter is a waste of money

They definitely got my money I was just out of high school when they hit the market, even bought the muscle pasta
