Hi everyone, I've been running one cycle. I actually ran two cycle but the first one was bunk so I guess it didn't count. For my cycle, first 8 weeks I ran 600mg test e and deca. Then I dropped deca and ran 1000mg test e alone cause I wanted to add tren A. Now, I'm running 600mg test e and 300mg tren A a week. I did my bloodwork and my test level is 1500. However, I haven't seen any progression. I feel like my muscles are harden but I don't see any significant improvement especially my strength.

So I just wonder if you guys can give me some advice? I'm 5ft8 and 200 pounds. My BF is 25% (it was 30% a month ago and I've been doing a shit ton of cardio).

This is my diet:

Meal 1: 5.5 oz of oatmeal (soak w almond milk and 3 big spoon of greek yogurt and leave it overnight) + an orange + 2 scoops of whey

Meal 2: 7 oz cottage cheese + 2 bananas + 2 bagels + 1 scoop of whey

Meal 3: 7 oz pasta + 6 oz tuna (or salmon) + 8 oz yam + 1 scoop of whey

Post work out: 2 scoops of whey

Meal 4: 7 oz chicken + 3.5 oz pasta + 8 oz yam

Before bed: 1 scoop of protein

I'd say my diet is around 3500 cal.

Did you get a female hormone blood panel? For as much gear as you're running 1500 seems pretty low
 
Wow u dont waste any time huh? 600mg plus deca to 1000mg and at 30% bf. Slow down. Rome wasnt built overnight. Did u pct or just jump from one cycle to the next?
 
I just looked at ur diet. U only have bout 100 g of protein from food sources. Everything else is protein powder. Stop relying on protein powders. Eat whole food sources. Supplement mean in addition to not in place of

I might be wrong but 6 oz of tuna = 50g protein. 7 oz of chicken = 60g protein. 7 oz cottage cheese = 20 g protein. So that would be around 130g. Plus 200g+ of protein powder. Do you think I should consume more protein from whole food? Thanks for replying :)
 
This is my opinion. Fresh foods are natural and supply all the nutrients u need. I limit my intake of processed foods and supplements as much as possible. Granted in this day and age this is not entirely impossible but since i reduced my consumption i have noticed many differences. It does require a life style change and takes more time but i have dropped my bf, reduced my cholesterol, and am overall much healthier. Dedication and discipline will serve you well in this endeavor and you will not be disappointed.

Before we even dissect this why are you cycling AAS and tren for that matter when your BF % is 25-30 % ?? Bro this is extremely unsafe

6 oz of tuna is about 30 grams and 7 oz chicken is about 45. Cottage cheese is right, but still. You're only getting 100 grams of protein from whole foods.
 
you need to address your bf before you run anymore gear bro, its not much wonder you didnt see much from your last run, at 30%bf your estrogen levels will be high and youll barely get anything from a run
focus on diet and fat loss, just for your overall health, nevermind so you can run aas

I mean that's kind of complicated to say I'm not your doctor ya know? ANYONE can get to sub15% rather easily man you really shouldn't be cycling at 25-30% especially compounds like deca and tren.. How many weeks into this are you and what is your purposed PCT ?
 
A lot of people here recommends min. 15% BF. I didn't start my 1st cycle last year because I was 19% , now I am 16% and ready to roll. Get a hydrostatic body fast test. It is extremely accurate.
 
Honestly brother, and take my post for what its worth as I am no OG on this board, I would run a solid PCT and get blood work done a month or two afterwords. During this whole time really find what FOODS work with your body and in what quantities. (Ex. I havefound some conventional foods make me very acidic and lead to some rough heartburn). When you get your diet and training down, which at theend of the day, is what this is really supposed to be all about, you will be suprised how far you can get without any gear.

I'm not gonna go into detail about the dangers of gear while maintaining a high bodyfat % because some intelligent bros posted about it above. In addition to their posts, I would hope by the Grace of God you had read that several times while doing even the minimum amount of reaserch I hope someone would do before using gear, particularly Tren. You can also look at it from a practicality standpoint. By that I mean when you are in pretty solid shape you"ll have better training capacity and endurance to get more done in the gym.

Above all else dude understand using sauce has inherent risks. As much as we (myself included) want to believe everything will be ok and downplay the risks/sides, this shit is no joke. I'm cartainly not down on gear lol, and fully understand its nowhere close to washing down some meth and molly with Jameson. However there are documented negative changes in cholesterol, etc. We try and mitigate these sides by maintaining a healthy diet and using ancillaries, well a big one is being in general physical health (including low BF) before heading down that road. Just be carefull and take care of yourself dude.

I dont know your motivation but I'd be willing to roll the dice and bet Vegas money it maaaaay have something to do with the ladies. Well brotha ya know what drops the panties faster than solid muscle and an adonis belt? all that without scars from openheart surgery resulting from a cardiac event. Be safe

In my experience, it's ALWAYS better to get as much of your protein and nutrients from whole foods as possible. Cycle or no cycle. I'd also cut down on carbs unless it's right before or after a workout, especially at 25% bf. You should take a look at the evolutionary diet if you haven't already! It's got some great info.

Sorry man but your first cycle is no good. Luckily your gear is likely underdosed because you shouldn't be using that much anyway. I don't recommend tren for a first cycle, and I don't recommend deca for a first cycle, and I definitely don't recommend 1000mg test for a first cycle. You're BF is way too high to be using any steroids. Sorry to be blunt but you need to drop about 10-15% BF before you go on. I would stop your cycle and pct and then hit a SARMs1 triple stack to get your BF lower. How old are you and what's your lifting history?

Absolutely eat more clean food. The majority of your protein is coming from presumably crappy protein powder. I only say crappy because the sad fact is most are total trash. Either way try like 80g protein from powder and the rest food. Also what's your weight and height?

Thanks for your advices, guys. Appreciate it. I've been lifting for 3 years. I got good result (I was 5ft8 and 150 then I gained 25 pounds in 3 years), but I want to take my physic to the next level. That's why I started to use gear. I'm 5ft8 and 200 pounds. I'm currently on PCT now. (clomid: 50/50/25/25 and nolva: 40/40/20/20). When should I start SARMs1 triple stack? Should I wait a certain time after PCT?

you need to run bloodwork 3 weeks after you finish pct and see where you are at
 
Id run triple during cycle and follow evo pct protocol

I would wait at least a month after PCT before starting the sarms stack
 
Agreed. Get tested and make sure all is well and then look into a new cycle bruh
