Blasting and cruising is very simple. You basically just blast for 8-16 weeks and then return to nothing but your TRT for at least the same amount of time. Repeat.
Your blast looks good but you are missing an AI like aromasin to keep estrogen levels in the normal range.

The one thing that I always recommend to anyone who is on TRT, and does a Blast.
Make sure to do some Bloodwork after your Blast.
You want to make sure that Liver Enzymes/Cholesterol/Kidney and Liver Function are all good.
This way if a Problem does arise, you'll catch it before it becomes severe....................... JP

Far too many listen to their 'bros' regarding 'waiting until you see signs before using an AI'. Pfft. How about no signs COS you used an AI. Even if (which I doubt) it inhibited gains a little - so what? Better a pound missed than gyno.
there is a tendency for those who do blast and cruise to spend more time blasting than actually cruising. and this turns into major steroid abuse
you should spend only 1/3rd of the year blasting and 2/3rds cruising. and that is a very aggressive approach anyway. if you cannot accept this then don't do it

Are many of cruising guys actually prescribed TRT or just self administered TRT ?
I am 43 & on testim gel (Doctor Prescribed) & have been thinking about some xtra self administered test or anavar / Tbol.

I have have aromasin on hand if needed. I always get bloods done pre,during,and post. It's cheap and labs are a lot more accurate then just feeling out symptoms.
I'm planning on starting blast in 2wks. Since I'm not taking an oral, would it still be beneficial to take n2guard?

DONT just have aromasin on hand. Always start your AI on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT.
If you are not using any oral steroids - n2guard is not needed but it's still a good supplement to take. There is a lot more to N2guard then just a liver aid. It's a overall health supplement designed to regulate blood pressure, detoxy your kidneys....etc
It's a bug bear of mine. 90% of site users are self prescribing TRT. In other words a cruise
90% of guys on here are American. in the US our healthcare system sucks, so you shouldn't be bugged. be grateful you have good healthcare in your country. it takes americans months just to see a decent doctor and they charge thousands$ just to talk to you for 2 minutes out of your pocket, and if you don't pay they send you to collections
when the time comes for me to do TRT, you damn right I am going to do self TRT. unless the US changes our healthcare system by then which is a pipe dream

mobster the only reason ive heard on no ai is because people feel the gear more witch is dumb but whatever
Talking to my trt dr. The other day in the US she said they lowered the bottom test number to 200 instead of 300 and next year insurance will probably stop paying for it. Mine already has I pay out of pocket every month.

It is simple.....you just drop back to your normal TRT dose. There is no PCT or anything with blasting and cruising.
