Hey guys new to the forum been lurking around for years on all different forums but thought id join up and get some advice on a few things for the future, want some advice on a few things i got planned soon on a cycle, so bit of history haven't cycled for about 3 years been clean of it all, been away for the gym for about the same amount of time to train properly and go hard out, so i started back into it about 3 weeks ago getting the feel of things again going up lifts pretty quick as i have done a few cycles in the past and had been training for a good 7+ years , but now i've gotten back into it and started to get real serious about it, been trying to drop some weight was pretty lean before around the 12%bf mark back in the day and pretty big solid,so my diet is in check i count my calories and macros nps at all i use myfitness pal just to keep it all in order and be on top of it my maintain calories is around 3000 and i been staying in a deficit at around 2000 to 2500 to try drop some weight my stats are atm
5,8
90kgs
28
last night just with my stats i used a calculator on google to measure bf and it came to around 22% i think im lower than that as i do have definition around my arms and shoulders and upper body in general so not to sure what bf but i order some calipers to be 100% will know shortly.
so my goal is to hit a cycle soon in the next few weeks drop Body fat as much as i can while gaining lean muscle mass i know its possible but me at my current weight and lean Im pretty stocky and Soild so what I'm a litlte confused about is hitting a cycle im going to gain weight but i dont wanna really put weight on the scale rather stay around the same weight i am now but drop bodyfat is confusing what im trying to do ? like yeah if i was say 12% bf and 100kgs id be happy yeah but main goal is dropping bodyfat and putting on lean muscle mass as ive said is this the best way regardless im hitting a cycle and what ive got is Tren a , test e, clen, and pretty much whatever , my diet is in check plenty of protein at least 200gs daily medium carbs high fats but good 6 meals daily, should i be staying in deficit calories on a cycle or i have to up my calories ? cause i know if i wanna put on weight i have to be in a surplus but for my goals is that my best option?

appologies if this is confusing been outta the game for awhile really wanna come back strong and keep at it once again.

any help is much appreciated im a little rusty with it all but i do have alot of knowledge about gear and cycles and i study everyday but i just want peoples opinions and which way they would go about it for my type of goals

also train 5x weekly and cardio 3x weekly morning fasted

Cheers
Heavy,

There really is no cookie cutter advice when it comes to diet. Different levels of fitness and body type are going to have different insulin sensitivities. The only thing I can say for sure is find out what your BMR is then take in 1gram of protein per lb of body weight subtract your protein from calorie totals and add in carbs since you are trying to lose bf I would have your carbs in your first 2-3meals throughout the day and use healthy fats from your protein sources you can even add some healthy fat from avocados and mcg' like coconut oil to cook with and adjust calories as you see results until you get what works for YOU,

I think prior to cycling you should hone in on your diet and get down to 13-15% brotha. Steroids used at a high bodyfat can cause more harm than good.

bro, you are so far away from steroid use at that body fat... you are putting yourself in harms way with that much of an elevated body fat... steroids are not fat burners and not used to drop massive amounts of weight or body fat... you need to get yourself in the proper condition instead of trying to be reliant on something else to do the work for you... your only harming yourself by doing this... its not good at all... not in any way... you can absolutely get in the right condition and get to where you need to be but you need to do things right and you can ensure health and longevity, which should be the most important concept to you above all else when it comes to this... THEN you can ensure continuous gains and a much more healthier and happier life... what good is it if your so fucked up that you can't do anything you normally could? there would be no point... if you want an aid to help with fat loss while still building lean muscle, then look at my sarms articles... start with these and let them help you get to where you need to be... regardless, its up to you to dial in your diet and training and put forth the consistencies and sacrifices to achieve your goals... you can do it but it's up to you... here's the link to my articles... www.evolutionary.org/sarms

let me know and i'll be happy to set you up a nice cutting cycle to ensure you get moving in the right direction...

Welcome bro diet is something Thai is different for everyone have to play with it

Steroids were and are created to build muscle not to loose fat u can loose fat on them but thats just a finisher if u dont know how to diet steroids will harm u more than benefit u bro plus when above u use them at 18% bf above ur just gonna build up more estrogen emzymes and ....

Def see a nutritionist and work on getting that diet in check and bodyfat down before going to steroids. There is no quick fix. Steroids should be something that's added when you have already done the footwork to get your body to the point where you need to add something to grow anymore.
