So I'm planning to run an aas cycle again! Been off for about 2 years, ran a few cycles before, test only, sust and deca, test and tren, etc.
Stats: age 30, 5'5 160 lbs bf 10%. Lifting: Christ knows how long but religiously 2 years 5 days a week. Diet: currently 2900 kcals split into 5 meals is holding my current weight (2 weeks out of a cut)
I'm trying to remember the protocol for a lovely bulking sust and deca cycle here's what I got so far:
Sust 500 mg wk 1 - 14 2 X
Deca 400mg wk 1 - 12 2 X
Dbol 50mg day wk 1 - 6
Adex .25m eod wk 1 - 12
Pct nolva and clomid 28 days after last shot tapering down.
It's not sitting right with me though, if my memory serves me right I need some caber or letro in there or at least on hand, and possibly up the sust? I also know the frequency of sust is a disputed subject I've previously done twice a week without terrible sides I would consider eod and simply add deca every other shot?
